Angolo di pace a Kyoto
Pros:

Struttura molto bella, con camere che sembrano nuove, e bagno molto ampio. Check in e check out veloci e semplici. Posizione abbastanza centrale e comoda a tutto con il bus a 5 minuti a piedi.

Struttura apprezzatissima!!
Pros:

Camera molto pulita, con un bagno davvero grande e curato. La zona fuori dalla camera era davvero carina anche se non la abbiamo utilizzata, molto carina l'idea di lasciare le scarpe all'entrata della struttura con delle ciabatte che vengono date da loro , direi molto tico giapponese. Ci tornerei sicuramente

Good stay
Pros:

Location is between two tourists attractions: Nijojo and Imperial Palace. Bit of a walk from any stations and there’s no staff on site so it’s all done by you.

Cons:

There is a smell of mold and the beds are a bit hard

Room was great but mouldy smell was quite off putting.
Pros:

Room was quite big, lots of space for luggage and a big bathroom. Had a nice tea set with tea. Self check in was easy but had to message host to get lock box combination in advance. Was fine to stay in for a few days and good location, easy to access buses.

Cons:

It smelled mouldy throughout the place especially in the bathroom. Advertised as having laundry machines available but had only a washer, no dryer , and it had old washing in it and stunk terribly. Also no owner/ receptionist seen at any point - it was an Airbnb but advertised as a hotel.

N’y allez pas ! Un enfer !
Pros:

Rien. L’entrée se fait en solo. Ils vous donnent un code pour ouvrir une boîte aux lettres. L’établissement est vieux ça ne sent pas bon. Il fait très froid dans le hall.

Cons:

Dans notre chambre du moisi. Dans la salle de bain. Sur la couette. Aucune manière de chauffer la pièce. Nous avons contacter l’établissement qui ne s’est pas déplacé pour nous allumer le chauffage. La photo en pièce jointe est la couette. Également les fenêtres ne sont pas bien étanches.

Die zentrale Lage ist gut.
Es gibt ein Teehaus

Cons:

Es ist eigentlich kein Hotel sondern eine Ferienwohnung.
Es ist niemand an Personal da.
Betten werden nicht gemacht, Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt.

Moldy room that made me sick
Pros:

The bathroom was nice and clean.

Cons:

It was incredibly moldy. I got very sick due to the mold. The cooling unit was filled with mold and uncleaned. It was basically spewing out mold. If they cleaned the cooling unit and used a humidifier, then the mold would not have gotten so bad. I expect that under the wall paper, there will be plenty of mold that causes structural damage

Pros:

Stanza ampia e spaziosa, bagno enorme. Carina anche la sala comune dove si può cucinare e la nostra sala con tatami separa dalla camera, dove poter prendere il te.
Molto carino vedere il mini giardino interno dalla vetrata della stanza

Cons:

Abbiamo dovuto tenere la finestra sempre aperta e il condizionatore che funzionava da deumidificatore perché altrimenti la stanza odorava molto di umidità
