Very convenient location.
Pros:

Very good location. Was concerned when I read some of the reviews but the room is completely satisfactory. Sure the bathroom is small (a very large person will be challenged) but it works and had an excellent shower.

Cons:

It’s decor is a bit dated but at least everything works.

Pros:

Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione, super centrale e a due passi da metro, Gion e Pontocho. Da qui si possono raggiungere molto facilmente tutti i luoghi di interesse di Kyoto. Lo staff era gentile.

Cons:

La stanza era un po’ sporca e il phon era pieno di polvere e appiccicoso… il fatto che sia centrale la rende anche rumorosa ma tutto sommato si riesce a dormire

まあまあ良い。スタッフの対応は良かったです。

ランドリーがある
立地は色々な所に行きやすいのでよい

Cons:

連泊で部屋掃除はしなくても良いが、ゴミは片付けて貰いたいのです。
トイレ、バスが狭い。

Can’t beat the location.
Pros:

The location is right in the action of the tourist center of Kyoto. If you haven’t never been to Kyoto, this is a perfect location.

Cons:

The amenities were lacking and even though the washer and dryer was free, they did not work very well. The dryer took hours to dry a medium-sized load of laundry. This is a problem because many people want to use the facilities.
