Pros:

Die gesamte Hotelanlage, vor allem die Spa Bereiche sind immer wieder eine Reise wert.

Cons:

Die Bettwäsche, vor allem die Kissen könnten etwas bequemer sein und leider war es auch in den Zimmern recht warm.

Uns hat wirklich alles sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, das Hotel war modern und sehr sauber. Der Wellnessbereich und die Pools waren einfach super. Alle Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Wir haben nichts Negatives. Alles war sehr gut organisiert und wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön. Der Pool auf dem Dach, ein Traum. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und die Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Mooie kamer, prachtig complex. Mooie wellness, heerlijk zwembad. Luxe afwerking en vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Er was geen airconditioning. Er was een hittegolf. We verbaasden ons hier wel een beetje over. Zo'n luxe hotel maar bloedheet op de kamer. Gelukkig had de dame een ventilator zodat we een beetje verkoeling hadden.

Ruhiger Kurzaufenthalt

Zuerst einmal haben wir ein Upgrade auf ein schöneres Zimmer erhalten. Vielen Dank.
Die Dame an der Reception hat sich Zeit genommen uns alles zu erklären und war sehr freundlich. Das Doppelzimmer de Luxe war echt super.

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich ist leider sehr weit ausseinander. Das heisst die Zirbensaune Fittnessraum und Schwimmbad ist unten im Keller eine weitere Sauna auf dem Dach sowie der Rooftop Pool. ich weiß das der Rooftop Pool auf dem Dach ist jedoch wäre es schön, wenn die Saunen alle zusammen wären.
Die Öffnungszeiten der Sauna und des Rooftop Pools sind nicht ganz ideal. Z.B bei schlechtem Wetter wenn man nicht Skifahren kann wäre es schön,wenn man die Sauna sowie den Pool schon früher benutzen könnte.

Zu der Nachmitags Jausen hätte ich mir ein bisschen mehr Auswahl gewünscht nicht nur Salate,Süßspeisen sondern bisschen Tiroler Speck und Schinken etc.

Der Service am Abend war mir persönlich etwas zu hektisch. Uns wurde gesagt es wäre schön wenn wir um 19.00 Uhr zum Essen kommen würden damit wir genug Zeit haben um zu essen ich als Gast möchte jedoch auch um 19.30 oder 20.00Uhr ebenfalls noch in aller Ruhe und mit Pausen essen können. Diesen Eindruck gab mir der Service nicht er machte eher den Eindruck früh essen kommen damit man zeitig fertig ist.
