Good location, at a reasonable price and it was comfortable to stay there. The shower was very hot. The staff were very helpful and the one guy stayed on for us as we were late arriving due to flight delays.
It’s a bit dated but otherwise fine
Location, staff team members ( especially the amazing gent taking breakfast orders!) the breakfast was totally delicious and highlight of our stay.
We loved meeting the coach people who were there for a week before we came.
Bedrooms are and shower areas are really for single use. Disappointed, as the name Willowbank Hotel, sounds so lovely.

I couldn't get a shower couldn't get the temperature just right it goes either too warm or too cold
The great thing was the radiator, we were chilly after spending the evening outdoors and the radiator turned on so quickly and heat the room up so effectively. The room was clean except from a couple webs on the ceiling. The room was very spacious. Overall we had a good stay
The walls must be incredibly thin as I could hear every word the people next door were saying and what they were doing. The lady who checked us in was nice but quite blunt. The place hasn't aesthetically been updated since the 70's which is fine but they could use some new tvs, get rid of the radio and maybe some new beds. We were planning on going for breakfast but was too expensive
Location as we walked to the sea front. Quiet. No problems parking. Warm, Friendly helpful staff. Evening meal very nice. Breakfast served rather than help your self. Clean throughout and a comfy bed. A small coach party with evening entertainment were staying but as we had been given a room at the back we couldn’t hear it.
Clean and comfy
The staff were really friendly and helpful. My room was very clean. There was a bus stop right outside for any one not wanting to drive or taxi into town, and they were very regular and on time.
There was a very stale smell on walking in to reception and also in the lounge and bar area. I just think the whole place is a little tired.
The breakfast was the most minimal I've had in any hotel or guest house I've ever stayed at, I've added a photo..there is an extra slice of bacon as I dont have black pudding.
I thought the price for a few nights was a little high.

The TV was tiny, the hotel is a little dated in parts but looks like it is updating bits slowly. The toilet was to close to the door and the sink tap squirted water straight over the basin and wet me through
