Please note that the Spa is available for clients over 10 years old in the following hours: Monday 11:00-14:00 / 17:30-22:00; Tuesday and Wednesday - 9:30-14:00 / 17:30 pm - 22:00; Thursday, Friday and Saturday - 09:00h - 15:00h / 16:00h - 22:00h; Sunday - 9:00-15:00 / 17:30-20:30. The duration of the circuit will be 1h and 20 min.

Please note that only customers with a valid parking reservation are allowed to park at the hotel. Please also note that you will need to send the vehicle registration by email. Access to the parking area is via a car elevator.

Please note that the entrance to the hotel must be done by accessing the old town through a pedestrian street (wide street) from the Santo Domingo roundabout. For GPS use, it is recommended to enter the address of Plaza de Santo Domingo, which is the authorized entrance to the hotel. Any access from another address may entail a fine or sanction.

Please note, if you have booked the rate with access to the free spa, inform you that the use of the Spa is subject to availability. It is essential that you reserve a time. Cons:

Me quejé en varias ocasiones en recepción q en mi habitación hacía un calor de muerte , el aire puesto a la mínima temperatura y la habitación seguía ardiendo tanto de día como de noche, después de varias quejas su solución para la última noche fue colocarme un ventilador , con lo cual entre el ruido del ventilador y del aire más el calor fue peor todavía , en ningún momento me propusieron un cambio de habitación q yo creo q hubiera sido lo correcto .

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, moderno y cómodo. Pero lo más destacado sus trabajadores.

Cons:

Únicamente que para acceder a la habitación no había otra manera más que subir unos pocos escalones después del ascensor.

Es war schön, León anlässlich der totalen Sonnenfinsternis zu erleben.

Das sehr freundliche Personal war offenbar unterbesetzt und daher überfordert. Da sollte der Hotelbetreiber nachrüsten. Zum Wohle der Gäste und des Personals.

Für mich ungewöhnlich: Es gab keine Klobürste. Mir wurde gesagt, dass das Housekeeping die Toilette reinigt. Ich antwortete, dass ich es gewohnt bin, meinen Dreck selbst zu beseitigen.

Und an die Art der Bettdecken in Spanien mit den den zwei Laken, die sich im Schlaf verselbstständigen, kann ich mich grundsätzlich nicht gewöhnen. Aber das ist eben so in Spanien.
