Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, auch im Restaurant. Geräumige und gut eingerichtete Zimmer. Zentrum ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Großer abgesperrter Parkplatz am Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Terrible management and on a busy road

Close to town centre. That's all.

Booked a deluxe room with balcony, got the complete opposite. Apparently there was a booking system fault. Bad enough that we were given a room facing a busy and noisy street, but there was no extra bed like the description said. Instead they charged extra for unfolding a sofa. The elderly host was arrogant and gave my daughter a disgusted look for not wanting to sleep in a cot, but in a sofa bed. When it came to breakfast, initially they tried the bill us even though we had booked a room with breakfast included. One other thing that was really inconvenient is the separate toilet from the shower and vanity. The toilet has a door facing the bed. You need to walk around the bed and to the hallway to access the shower and vanity. Really strange setup. Really disappointed with the whole experience and we will never be staying there again.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder gerne kommen.
Pros:

Wir wurden bereits bei unserer Ankunft sehr zuvorkommend empfangen, der Parkplatz ist gleich beim zentral gelegenen Hotel . Unser Zimmer war praktisch eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbüffet bietet große Auswahl und das Abendessen im Restaurant war immer sehr lecker.
Alle Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider liegt das Hotel an der Hauptstraße und es ist auch in der Nacht bei offenem Fenster durch den Verkehr ziemlich laut.

V ponudbi je bil zajterk, ob nastanitvi so pa hoteli doplačilo zanj. Nisem vzel.
