Falta mantenimiento y comodidad. Lo mejor el spa
Pros:

Se ve que ha sido un buen hotel en los 90 pero ahora deja mucho que desear. Necesita urgente mantenimiento y actualización. Lo único destacable es el spa y el servicio de masajes. El personal excelente.

Cons:

Falta mantenimiento de las instalaciones en todo el hotel. Las condiciones de higiene de la habitación no eran óptimas. Las toallas eran ásperas y el colchón estaba vencido, en pésimo estado: a los costados se sentían los resortes. Muy malas las almohadas.

Cons:

No me gusta que no me aclaren que no es familiar. Ya que lo uzan como un telo de parejas se escucha gritos teniendo relaciones sexuales , sabanas manchadas como sucias cubre cama lo mismo , nada que ver a las fotos el baño no tenia toallas , tampoco me gusto esperar tanto por los horarios de spa ya que te decian una cosas y cumplian otra la cochera es muy fea sin pintar todo sin arreglar no fue de mi agrado esperaba otra cosa no recomiendo ir con niños .

El jardin 🤷‍♂️

Cons:

Lamentablemente, la estadía no cumplió con las expectativas. Los colchones están vencidos (pedimos cambio de habitación y el segundo estaba igual de mal), la iluminación es deficiente y había malos olores. Un punto muy incómodo es que no podés manejar el aire acondicionado; tenés que llamar a recepción cada vez que necesitás prenderlo. El desayuno también fue decepcionante, con pan que no era del día. Lo único rescatable fue la atención del personal, que siempre fue amable y trató de ayudar, pero las instalaciones no acompañan. No lo recomiendo

El personal un diez , el desayuno muy rico , las instalaciones les faltan mantenimiento, y la cama un desastre el colchó

Las instalaciónes maso menos , algunas partes del hotel le faltan mantenimiento
Lo peor del hotel fue la cama , el colchón de resortes muy viejo , dormimos muy mal , en el medio hundido en las orillas se te clavaban los resortes !!

Cons:

Las instalaciones no son buenas si bien están presentables falta mantenimiento, mucha humedad , olor etc. El valor no es acuerdo a un hotel 3 estrellas.

Habitación cama chica, el aire hay que llamar a conserjería para aumentar o bajar
