Booking.com üzerinden “Göl Manzaralı Oda” rezervasyonu yaptım. Ancak bana verilen odanın manzarası ilanda belirtilen ve fotoğraflarda gösterilen manzarayla uyuşmuyor.

Göl yalnızca ağaçlar, çatılar ve diğer yapılar arasından kısmen görülebiliyor. Balkonun ana manzarası engelli olduğu için bu odanın gerçek anlamda “göl manzaralı” olarak satılması yanıltıcıdır.

Balkonumdan çektiğim fotoğrafları kanıt olarak ekliyorum. Yanıltıcı ilan nedeniyle konunun incelenmesini ve uygun bir tazminat veya kısmi ücret iadesi talep ediyorum.Fotograflardada görüldüğü gibi tek manzarasız oda budur

Zalig verblijf in het beste en mooiste hotel in de streek.
Pros:

Zeer lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt en uitstekende koffie. Een dikke pluim voor het personeel tijdens het ontbijt, steeds zeer vriendelijk en professioneel.

Cons:

Misschien iets grotere parasols aan het zwembad en shampoo voorzien op de kamer. Voor de rest alles prima!

Very convenient to come with a car, great view from the breakfast restaurant, the room, and the pool. The staff were very helpful and professional!

We would’ve appreciated if there was also possibility to get lunch and dinner on-site, but it’s a short walk to the closest restaurant, and a short drive to Ohrid where there are plenty of restaurants.
