Mooi uitzicht en goed ontbijt, maar momenteel meer bouwplaats dan resort.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was van goede kwaliteit en het uitzicht op het meer vanaf sommige delen van het resort is mooi.

Cons:

Tijdens ons verblijf vonden er bouwwerkzaamheden plaats op het terrein, met bouwvakkers, ladders, boren en zagen gedurende de dag. Dit zorgde voor geluidsoverlast en was vooraf niet gecommuniceerd. De foto’s geven daarnaast een mooier beeld dan de werkelijkheid; vanaf het zwembad kijk je voornamelijk uit op een groen dak. Ook werd het douchewater extreem heet wanneer het toilet werd doorgespoeld, wat een veiligheidsrisico vormde voor onze jonge dochter. Tot slot was er geen flexibiliteit mogelijk toen wij vroegen de resterende nachten eerder te annuleren vanwege de situatie.

Relaxing, lovely staff and beautiful views.
Pros:

It was only a nights stay but wish it was more! The staff were so lovely and accommodating. We were given a free room upgrade and the room was so spacious!! The Vila had amazing views of the lake and it was just a short walk to it. You would need a taxi to the old town but it’s the perfect accommodation to be near nature and the national park. There were a lot of choices for breakfast and it was delicious. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend Vila Bisera to my friends.

Nothing, everything was perfect for our stay.

Pros:

Rewelacyjne miejsce. Blisko do jeziora. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Znakomite, różnorodne śniadania, 3 baseny do dyspozycji. Ze względu na trwający remont w gratisie dostaliśmy apartament z jacuzzi i sauną.

Pros:

Bili smo veoma prijatno iznenađeni koliko je ovo lepo uređen prostor za boravak, od unutrašnje jedinice, bazena, restorana i svakako do predivne okoline sa panoramskim pogledom na Ohridsko jezero.
Osoblje je veoma ljubazno i stvarno se trudi da udovolje svakom gostu. Po dolasku su nas veoma prijatno iznenadila upgrade-om na bolju jedinicu koja u svom sklopu ima saunu i đakuzi.
Jedino nam je žao što smo na ovom mestu isplanirali veoma kratak boravak i nadamo se da ćemo u budućnosti to ispraviti.

Fabulous hotel, especially if you’re fit.
Pros:

Fabulous hotel with three swimming pools on the slopes above Lake Ohrid, about 7 km from Ohrid city.
Our room had stunning views of the lake, but was 122 steps up from the car park, which is the issue with Villa Bisera - it’s not great for people who are challenged by having to walk up stairs. Fortunately my wife and I are pretty fit and enjoyed the walk.
Staff were friendly, helpful and professional and looked like they enjoyed working at the property.
Breakfast was excellent and there was a barista making fresh coffee, which makes a big difference.

Cons:

We were fine with the stairs, but the property is not suited to people who are challenged by having to walk up stairs.
The owners are building a lift and ramps, which should be ready within the next few weeks. These will significantly reduce the number of stairs required to be walked.

Pros:

Struttura con interni nuovi come da foto e personale impeccabile.

Cons:

La struttura si presenta non sul lago, ma salendo per una stradina stretta e ripida fino ad un parcheggio anch'esso molto ripido (in pendenza). Le viste lago presenti dalle foto purtroppo non ci sono, e quando ci sono sono solo parziali (ci sono case davanti che coprono parzialmente la struttura). La struttura si presenta come un conglomerato di strutture ancora in costruzione, assomigliando più ad un complesso di appartamenti. Durante la visita non era presente ascensore funzionante (il cliente deve fare diverse rampe di scale con bagagli a seconda della sistemazione).

La struttura non rispetta standard costruttivi europei (presenta coperture in eternit/fibrocemento in scarso stato conservativo sia in alcune aree della struttura che in diverse case intorno a meno di 5 m di distanza dai limiti della struttura). Il problema purtroppo è relativamente comune in Macedonia del Nord, ma non te lo aspetti in una struttura nuova.

Complessivamente, visti i prezzi "europei" e le foto on-line, mi aspettavo di più e non ci tornerei.

Zaposleni so bili izjemno prijazni in vedno pripravljeni pomagati. Zajtrki so bili raznoliki in zelo okusni. Soba je bila prostorna, udobna in popolnoma čista. Z bivanjem smo bili zelo zadovoljni.

Yandan göl manzaralı odamız inşaat manzaralıydı. Balkon inşaat pisliğ doluydu çıkamadık. Böcek konusunda herkes haklı çok fazlalar ve her yerdeler.

The location, beautiful room, pools, and the staff are what made this place great.
Pros:

I loved Vila Bisera! It was the nicest hotel with the friendliest staff! The food was delicious as well! Igor was an awesome server who talked to me about the local history of Ohrid. I really enjoyed our chat. Upon arrival, the bellman named Kadre took my bags (and me) up the hill in a golf cart. You can tell this is a family owned hotel because the staff are so friendly and happy to accommodate.

Cons:

There was nothing that could be improved in my opinion.
