Schönes Zimmer zum fairen Preis.
Pros:

Sehr unkomplizierter Check in, auch ohne Personal. Gute Betten. Geräumiges Zimmer. Fenster und Tür schalldicht

Cons:

Leider kein Fön auf dem Zimmer. Waschbecken etwas klein. Straße bei offenem Fenster deutlich hörbar.

Günstige Unterkunft nahe Bahnhof und Fußgängerzone Herne
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt - Überraschung! - gegenüber einem Betriebsgelände der Post. Den Schlüssel gab es wegen später Anreise aus einem Schließfach, der Code kam per Nachricht auf booking.com.
Das Zimmer: Unspektakulär, mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen.
Ich bin abends noch ca. 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt Richtung Bahnhof gegangen, wo es eine Reihe von Speiselokalen gibt. Die Innenstadt von Herne ist eher, sagen wir mal: unspektakulär.
Im Treppenaufgang steht ein Kühlschrank mit Krombacher, Entnahme gegen freie Spende. Also noch einen Absacker und ins durchaus komfortable Bett,
Nach einer ruhigen Nacht gab es noch ein überraschend gutes Frühstück. Fazit: Ich war zufrieden.

Pros:

Harte Schale, weicher Kern. Von außen eher abweisend und unattraktiv, ist das Hotel innen ein Kleinod: gutes Zimmer, alles funktioniert, prima Frühstück, freundliche Leute.

Cons:

Nichts auszusetzen.

Behilflich bei der Unterstellung unserer
Fahrräder.

Cons:

Türe zur Dusche/WC ließ sich nicht schließen.
Penetranter Geruch nach WC Reiniger.

Zum übernachten für eine Nacht okay
Pros:

Die Lage zur Innenstadt super
Sehr schön war das Angebot etwas zu trinken bekommen war im Preis enthalten (toll man konnte sich auch noch einen Tee kostenfrei machen toll

Cons:

Das Hotel als ganzes ist in den 80 stehengeblieben
Zimmer hatte keinen Föhn nachfragen wurde uns sofort geholfen
Frühstück war ganz okay nichts besonderes

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, Parkplätze sind
reichlich in der Umgebung vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut geeignet für kurzfristige Aufenthalte

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Check-in nach 20 Uhr hat problemlos über die Schlüssel box funktioniert.
