Good!
Pros:

The location is good, staff were welcoming and helpful and the bed is comfy.

Cons:

I hoped for a option to watch Netflix from the TV, but it was too old for that. Also conditioner would be nice with the shampoo.

Pros:

The location was excellent, near a big supermarket and close to the train station and bus depot. They also have their own private parking lot which was very good for us. There are also several car rental companies that are 2-3 mins walk away from the hotel. Highly recommend to rent a car for the day to visit further down of the town and I would personally recommend Nissan rent a car. Room was slightly small but it is the norm for japanese hotels.

Pros:

Location, cleanliness, very quiet. Window opened so stopped using noisy aircon.

Cons:

Very compact room. Bed positioned against wall so no side table.
Noisy aircon.
Lack of basics - hooks for towels etc, kettle but no cups

Great hotel, close to train station
Pros:

Clean and tidy, great location to both train stations. Comfortable bed.

Very comfortable and quiet stay
Pros:

Excellent location, very close to Tobu-Nikko and Nikko stations but still in a very quiet street. Staff was very attentive, they provided a coin to store my luggage at their coin locker before check-in. Room is bit bigger and more comfortable than the standard Tokyo hotel room. Breakfast was included, not much variety but satisfying nonetheless.

Cons:

Not a big issue but the window doesn't fully open, it has a small side panel that opens, but the handle was coming off so I didn't risk turning it as much.

Overall pleasant for one night stay
Pros:

Breakfast was simple but enough for the day. Location was very convenient to the train station and the shops nearby. Hotel room was small but very clean. The hotel also provided good bag storage area with lockers. Very useful.

Cons:

Rooms were small especially for big people. The pillows were also not that comfortable. Hotel breakfast could have been better with more choices.
