予想よりも良かったです。
Pros:

駅から徒歩５分とかからないので、とても便利。建物の外観は古さを感じますが、中に入ると明るく、部屋も清潔で快適でした。部屋着もフロントの横に置いてあり、無料で貸してくれます。友人と２人で、一部屋ずつ予約しましたが、当初に予約した別のホテルのツインの部屋よりもお得な価格で予約できました。このロケーションと部屋、そして無料の朝食が付いての価格と思うと、非常に高いコスパです。フロントの方も、明るくて感じが良いです。

Cons:

正面の玄関がわかりにくく、入りづらい雰囲気でした。通用口かな？と思ってしまう。中の雰囲気や部屋が良いだけに、この玄関にギャップを感じてしまいました。

最上階の部屋でした。観光地で値段としては安かったと思います。朝食がついているのも良い点です。

Cons:

施設が古いのか、ユニットバスから水漏れしているようでした。足拭きマットでふき上げましたが、かなり手間でした。

Bien placé et propre.

Cons:

Manque de pression dans la douche et le personnel a refusé de remplir notre gourde d eau le lendemain quand nous sommes venus récupérer nos sacs !

Pros:

地點優異，近東武日光和超市，有製冰機和微波，行李有自助寄放區域，只需要跟員工說明需求和回報寄放在第幾號位置，這次住宿當天入住前和退房後都有使用到。

房間設備：冰箱是冷藏型，浴室是常見的套裝浴室，應該是算雙把手混合龍頭，可能是舊式設計，調水溫需要測試一下。

Pros:

従業員さんも丁寧でしたし、無料の朝食も良かったです。近くにスーパーもあるので、困ることもありませんでした。

Il personale era disponibile e gentile, la struttura si trova in una posizione davvero comoda, vicino a tutti i servizi.

Cons:

La colazione è stata deludente, la camera aveva un forte odore d’umido e davvero troppo costoso per i servizi offerti.

何度もお世話になっていますが、駅近でスーパーも近く、朝食も以前より良くなりました。
できれば有料でも良いので壱番館のお風呂に入れたら嬉しいのですがね〜
