It's a shared room but with onsen.
Pros:

The onsen is incredible, the stuff is really nice, location is great.

Cons:

It was supposed the be a "studio" but It was a shared room, that should be clear on the reservation. Matrace is tough and thin

Amazing guesthouse in an amazing city!
Pros:

Everything was perfect.
The staff were amazing! Welcoming and kind and helped me with everything I needed.
Even more than that, the guesthouse owner suggested to take me to a place I wanted to go in their car without asking for anything in return. They showed me the beautiful places of Otaru and because of them I had an amazing experience! :D
I definitely recommend Wa No Kaze for everyone who comes to Otaru and Hokkaido!
Bonus: the main tourist attractions are 15 minutes walk from the guesthouse!
