to use the term hotel about this property is a real stretch
Pros:

The noise of the club and bar directly beneath the rooms was unbearable until 2-3am. upon arrival i was unable to complete the online checkin as i had an "American Number". i had to call the number they gave me x5 before anyone answered so i waited outside the property for 25 mins. apparently they change the code to the front door each night, without informing me, i assume because of the phone number situation so on my second night and third night, I was locked out and had to wait outside for another guest to enter the hotel, as their helpline number closed at 8 PM. I have literally traveled all over the world and stayed in hundreds of hotels, and I have never had such problems checking in and even getting in.

Cons:

the "mattress" 2 inches of foam, was easily the most uncomfortable mattress i've ever slept on. the tolilet is basically in the middle of the room, completely unenclosed in the open, and the shower had no door so the water went everywhere.

A terrible experience!

Cons:

The fact that having paid a non refundable £104.00 I then received a text asking me to confirm a few points which included the inputting of a verification code to verify my payment. Each time I put the code in it told me it had expired. I ended up cancelling my trip altogether.

booked a room when went in the tv didn’t work. called and changed room but yet again the tv didn’t work and one of the beds were like sleeping on the bed frame.

Good location, but noisy
Pros:

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic

Cons:

There was no bin in the room and no kettle or tea / coffee making facilities (this was provided in the hallway downstairs, but there were no cups provided, which was a bit of a problem). The worst thing was we couldn’t sleep at all for the noise from
people on the street outside shouting until the early hours and the pounding music from the nightclub next door went on until 6am. We had booked for 2 nights, but we ended up leaving after the first night and booking elsewhere as we needed a good night’s rest. Would never stay here again.

Perfect place if you are having a night out in Leeds. Not perfect if you are wanting a quiet place.
Pros:

The room was very clean, great size room. Big tv with access to streaming services Bathroom was great. There is no kettle in the room, but there is a little room with tea, coffee sugar and milk and vending machines with snacks and alcohol.
Great place to stay if you are having a night out in Leeds.

Cons:

We are an older couple, we had been visiting in Leeds. Loved the look of the hotel so booked. We were in a first floor room, directly above Viaduct bar, the bar had a karaoke night on. To be fair it kept us amused, but was very loud. If you are wanting somewhere to relax before an early start. It is not the best place. But after a night out, its perfect.

The property was very easy to locate and good location for bars ect, very clean and great value

Cons:

The room 4 was directly above a bar and the room was vibrating until 5 am with the music


The room 6 according to others in the party was a lot quieter
