Semplicemente un soggiorno perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista.
Struttura in posizione eccezionale e bellissima.
Palazzo d epoca tirato a lucido.
Stanze pulitissime, confortevoli e silenziosissime.
Letto grande e comodissimo.
Nota di merito con lode assoluta al personale....
Ho fatto un errore incredibile dopo la prenotazione e hanno risolto il problema in modo semplicemente unico venendomi incontro nel miglior modo possibile e per questo li ringrazio infinitamente.
Cortesia e professionalità ai massimi livelli.
Inclusa la persona che era al ristorante che ci ha coccolati in modo incredibile con professionalità impeccabile.E a tal proposito cibo delizioso e un cappuccino che mi ha portato per un attimo direttamente in Italia...
E da Italiano che vive da poco in Ucraina sono stato anche felice del loro inglese semplicemente perfetto.
È stato davvero un soggiorno top.
Se passate da Odessa questa è la scelta perfetta.

Один з найгостинніших готелей, в яких я була
Pros:

Гостинність на найвищому рівні. Чистота, затишок, сервіс рівня 40 зірок. Прекрасна дбайлива команда. Повертаюся сюди не вперше і раджу всім.

Top Notch Service and excellent location
Pros:

Alesia, Svetlana,Yuriy and Vadim all exhibited the highest standards in customer service as possible. They all went above and beyond their normal duties to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I cannot remember another time when such professionalism and attention to detail was taken to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. They have set the highest standards possible in customer service. There is absolutely no chance of me ever going anywhere else when I am back in this area. I was actually sorry to leave this great establishment but can be assured that I will return
