Pärchen Kurzurlaub über verlängertes Wochenende
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personl,hilfsbereit,freundlich. Gute Lage zur Metro und zur Busstation.Vin da aus war alles schnell zu erreichen, wenn man weiß mit was man fahren muss. Zimmergröße perfekt. Trotz Metro war es ein ruhiges Zimmer bzw ruhige Lage.

Pros:

Excellent accueil. Le personnel est très aimable.

Cons:

L'hôtel est tout prêt de la station Certosa (gare). On entend donc régulièrement des trains passer. A déconseiller aux personnes qui ont le sommeil léger (le soir ou le matin).

Все отлично, рекомендую.
Pros:

Очень приятный владелец отеля, всегда улыбчив и доброжелателен! Отель расположен близко к станции, это огромный плюс данного местоположения, так как вглубь идти не хочется. В номере чисто, комфортно.

Receção muito simpática.

Cons:

A localização era literalmente junto à estação de comboios, o que foi um ponto positivo, contudo as estruturas do edifício são antigas e não existe qualquer isolamento acústico - nem de dentro nem de fora. Portanto, tudo era audível - desde de outros visitantes nos seus quartos até ao barulho da rua.
Os quartos são antigos, mas limpos. As casas de banho precisam urgentemente de uma remodelação - muito antigos, chuveiro com pouca pressão de água e a temperatura estava controlada pelo proprietário.
O edifício não tem elevador, pelo que não é viável para quem traz malas pesadas.

Pros:

Дуже шумно, поруч вокзал - все чутно. Або вікно завжди тримати закритим і мати душну кімнату, або відкрити і все чути. Крім того, в кімнаті чутно всі розмови що персонал веде на рецепції. Час від часу, чутно як вмикається в коридорі трансформатор. Ковдри нема. По суті, це простиня, на яку поклали звичайне покривало яке ніколи не переться. Є ковдра в шафі але до неї нема напівковдри і на прохання отримати напівковдру, персонал відповів, що у них такого нема. Кімната маленька. Розетка тільки з одної сторони ліжка і та розетка стара як світ. Нема бажання відвідувати цей готель знову

Привітний персонал, готовий допомогти (дати місце перевдягнутись, якщо ще нема можливості заселитись в кімнату, залишити речі на сберігання)

La amabilidad del personal

Cons:

Había hormigas en la habitación (y muchas) y lo único que echaron fue lejía. Los dos días dormimos con hormigas, no nos dieron ninguna solución de cambiarnos de habitación ni nada. El personal era agradable pero no me gustó la atención en cuanto a este problema que tuvimos.
