This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience of my life.
When we arrived, there was nobody at reception. We waited around 15 minutes just to check in. There was a note on the desk with a phone number to call. I called at least 10 times, but nobody answered. After about 15 minutes, a staff member finally came downstairs and gave us our room.
That was only the beginning of the nightmare.
When we entered the room, it had not been cleaned after the previous guests. It was dirty and completely unacceptable. I had to go back to reception, and they gave us another room. It was only minimally cleaner. The bed linen was old and smelled musty, and there wasn't even any toilet paper.
I tried calling reception from the room, but nobody answered for over an hour. Eventually, I had to go downstairs again just to ask for toilet paper. I thought things would be better the next day.
Unfortunately, they were even worse.
We left the room at 9:00 a.m. and returned at 7:00 p.m. To our shock, nobody had entered the room all day. It had not been cleaned, the towels had not been replaced, and there was still no toilet paper.
I went back to reception to complain. The receptionist simply said, "I'll send someone to clean it now." I couldn't believe it. We had been out for ten hours, and now we were expected to wait while they cleaned the room? When I mentioned that the bed linen hadn't even been clean when we checked in, the response was a cold, indifferent "Yes." Instead of solving the problem, they handed me clean towels, a roll of toilet paper, and clean bed sheets, expecting me to change the bed myself.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. The lack of cleanliness, terrible customer service, and the staff's complete indifference ruined our stay.Throughout the hotel, there was a terrible smell, a mix of strong Indian food and general uncleanliness, which made the entire stay very unpleasant.

Теписоните нечисти,при туширање не се излеваше добро одводната вода,се враќаше назад и избиваше вода преку плочките покрај вратата на тоалетот.Крпите не беа променети.

Hayal kırıklığı. Tek güzel yanı sahile çok yakın olması.

Odaları leş gibi. Bir önce kalandan kalan izmitlerin hepsi odadaydı. Çarşaflarda saçlar duruyor banyo aynı şekilde.

Hotel w ścisłym centrum. Blisko główna promenada ze sklepami, blisko do jeziora i do samego portu. Pokój duży, codziennie wymieniane ręczniki. Generalnie w porządku. Na 4. piętrze serwują śniadania, na 5. piętrze jest bar z restauracją. Polecamy pizze i burgery Sky Corner. Za niewielkie pieniądze dostajesz smaczne i ogromne posiłki. Na śniadanie polecsmy burek z serem tradycyjne macedońskie śniadanie. Restauracja cała przeszklona. Widać jezioro, meczet, stare miasto i góry. Obsługa bardzo miła. Warto!!!

Cons:

Parking su rekli da imaju, i imali su na nekakvom gradilištu nekakvu garažu u fazi izgradnje tako da su mi radnici oštetil auto padao je nekakav beton po autu i nekava farba je poklapala. Čovjek koji je bio zadužen da pazi na doručak da domiruje ako nešto negdje fali bulji i imam osjećaj da broji zalogaje. Totalno ne kulturno i ne profesionalno. Sve u svemu loše.
