Pros:

Tesisin temizliğine hayran kaldım. Odaya girdiğinizde temizliğin kokusunu hissediyorsunuz. Yatak ve banyo oldukça temizdi. Bu nedenle çok rahat ettik. Personellerin yaklaşımı çok iyi ve ilgiliydi. Yürüme mesafesi olsa da ücretsiz otopark imkanının olması güzeldi.

MEJORABLE LA ATENCIÓN AL HUÉSPED

El hotel está bien y las instalaciones son adecuadas. Las vistas desde nuestra habitación eran muy bonitas y en general, era cómoda.

Cons:

Tengo que decir que la empleada me hizo pasar un mal rato cuando la escribí porque el último día de mi estancia se estropeó el aire acondicionado y esa noche tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta. Cuando se personó en mi habitación, las formas en las que se dirigió a mí diciéndome que el aire acondicionado se había desconfigurado y se trataba de un problema del sistema central, que debía arreglar entrando a las otras habitaciones y era tarde (cosa que comprendo y comparto), no fueron las más correctas ni las esperadas para un hotel de esta categoría, pues en mi vida me han hablado así en un hotel. Comprendo la molestia y le pedí disculpas varias veces, pero creo que a los clientes no se les debe tratar así, aunque se marchen al día siguiente. SIN DUDA ESTA FUE LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA EN ESTE HOTEL, porque por lo demás todo estuvo bien. Obviamente, si el aire acondicionado presenta estos problemas con frecuencia deberían arreglarlo, por lo que es un servicio que ofrecen y cobran. Como algo mejorable, me gustaría que ofrecieran desayuno. Las camas deberían ser algo más firmes, pues algunos colchones ya están algo hundidos. La piscina, generalmente está bien, aunque las toallas deberían ser uniformes del mismo color, pues algunas presentaban ya bastante desgaste.

I enjoy to stay 😌.
Pros:

The stay at Vila Jordan was enjoyable and far exceeded expectations. The room was large, comfortable and nice, plus a small kitchenette. The air conditioner did a good job and really helped cool the room on very hot days. The cleanliness was impeccable. Parking is close and convenient. The location is a few meters from the lake and very central. Very happy to write a very positive review. Without a doubt, the owners and managers of the place deserve all the praise.

No negative points.

Fantastisch!
Pros:

Zeer fijn, schoon, mooi hotel op een top locatie. Iedere ronde langs de receptie werden we vriendelijk begroet. Vragen stonden vrij. We hebben genoten van het zwembad en de ligging ten opzichte van het meer en het centrum. Ik zou iedereen deze plek aanraden. Het uitzicht op het meer was voortreffelijk.

Pros:

La posizione che dava sul lago e sicuramente la piscina.

Cons:

Tutto nella norma tranne il fatto che dopo aver fatto il check out e lasciato gli zaini per mezza giornata siamo tornati per riprendere gli zaini e caricare un po’ i telefoni visto che ci aspettavano 4 ore di pullman, e quasi non ci volevano far caricare i telefoni, avevano fretta di farci andare via. Per il resto tutto bene.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat einen kleinen Sußenbefeich mit Pool. Gegenüber des Hotels konnte man aber auch im See schwimmen. An der Promenade entlang geht man ca. 1 km bis in das Zentrum. Gut war die organisierte Parksituation.

Cons:

Das Personal am Empfang war distanziert und weißte mehrfach daraufhin, dass der Check in erst um 13 Uhr ist, was uns bewusst war. Wirkte unfreundlich.
Die Zimmer waren ok, aber es gab kleinere Schönheitsflecken, die Tapete in der Ecke viel ab.

Pros:

The building is a new one, and the furniture is also. The room is well equipped. The location is excellent - just 150 m from the promenade by the lake. Our room has a lake view, although. The swimming pool seems OK, but we didn't use it.

Cons:

No buffet or cafeteria was working inside, although there is a restaurant for this purpose, a room with furniture and all. A guest would like to drink something by the swimming pool or on the terrace. So I had to go to take off ours morrning coffies from the nearby cafeterias and drink them on our room terrace. The stuff ofered to me a hot water bowl and instant coffee to make it in the room, but it is not my ,,idea,, for morning coffee. I understand that it was the pick of the season, but the price could be a little lower.

Fint ophold med god beliggenhed men ikke noget særligt.
Pros:

Der var gode parkeringsmuligheder ved hotellet. Der var rent. Det var tæt på søen og 15 min gang til den gamle by. Poolen var stor nok til at svømme i. Fin altan.

Cons:

Udtjekning allerede kl 10. Det er alt for tidligt. Indretningen/møblerne var grimme og indretningen ucharmerende. Meget larm fra skramlende stole om morgenen. Vi boede på 1. sal så det var fra lokalet nedenunder. Larm fra rengøringspersonalet tidligt. Ingen elkedel eller kaffemaskine. Meget proppet ved poolen.
