Pros:

Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Der Ausblick auf den Ochridsee ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist in fortgeschrittenem Alter. Das Hotel ist nicht direkt am See es gibt keinen direkten See Zugang.

Relaxing stay at a beautiful location.
Pros:

The hotel is located on a beautiful spot over looking Lake Ohrid. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was buffet style and was pretty good. Enough choices were provided that would fit anyone's taste.

Cons:

Being honest here, the cable wasnt working in the room and not being able to watch a world cup match while winding down for the day was the only bad thing.

Odličan hotel, na lepoj lokaciji. Plaža na jezeru se nalazi nedaleko od hotela. Pogodan je za porodice sa malom decom zbog prilagođenih sadržaja za decu na unutrašnjem i spoljašnjem bazenu. Čistoća je na zaista visokom nivou. Sobe su omanje, ali udobne, sa finom terasom (sobe koje su okrenute ka unutrašnjosti popodne se nalaze u hladovini). Nije bilo potrebe za uključivanjem klime (jutro i veče donose prijatnu svežinu). Hrana u restoranu je raznovrsna, ukusna i stalno se dopunjava (doručak i večera). Terasa restorana pruža očaravajući pogled na jezero i zalazak sunca. Osoblje je prijatno i uslužno. Dobar odnos cene i kvaliteta. Definitivno topla preporuka.

Absolutely amazing!

Overall, our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The location was outstanding, offering breathtaking views and convenient access to nearby attractions. The property featured multiple swimming pools, providing plenty of space for guests to relax and enjoy themselves, and it was especially well-designed for families with children, offering numerous kid-friendly amenities and activities.

The staff consistently demonstrated professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Every team member we interacted with was courteous, attentive, and always willing to assist, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel was truly exemplary. Guest rooms, common areas, restaurants, and pool facilities were all impeccably maintained, reflecting a high standard of care and attention to detail.

Our overall experience was overwhelmingly positive, and we greatly appreciated the hotel's beautiful setting, excellent facilities, exceptional service, and outstanding cleanliness. The only significant concern during our stay related to the pool safety issue, which we believe deserves attention to ensure the same high standard of safety that is otherwise evident throughout the property.

Cons:

An automated pool cleaning robot was operating in the swimming pool. No warning signs, safety notices, barriers, or other measures were in place to indicate that the pool was closed or unsafe for use. As a result, children and other guests had no indication that they should not enter the pool while the cleaning equipment was in operation.

The absence of appropriate warnings and access restrictions created an avoidable safety hazard, as children could unknowingly enter the pool and come into contact with the operating equipment. Appropriate signage, physical barriers, or temporary closure of the pool should have been implemented until the cleaning operation was completed to prevent the risk of injury.

L’emplacement magnifique face au lac. Les équipements de l’hôtel à savoir les piscines, jacuzzi …. Le personnel de la réception très serviable.

Cons:

Les repas du soir de la demi pension. Plus une cantine qu’un restaurant. Pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Très compliqué de se faire servir ne serait-ce qu’un pichet d’eau…

Las vistas y las piscinas lo mejor con diferencia.Del staff lo mejor la encargada que nos facilitó una ducha y toallas después del checkout y pasar la mañana en la piscina pues sólo es hasta las 10AM.

Cons:

Lejos del centro de la ciudad y sin transporte público.El precio carísimo para lo que ofrece,merece una estrella menos.Tuvimos que escoger vistas al bosque porque las del lago eran prohibitivas para los precios del país.Hay partes del edificio bastante anticuadas,el wifi es muy lento y la comida de los buffets tanto de desayuno como de cena muy de batalla.Hay opción de pedir a la carta que no probamos.

Suma sumaru zadovoljan sam boravkom od 5 dana.
Pros:

Lokacija, ljubaznost osoblja, sadrzaji ( bazeni i td.) Pogled iz sobe na jezero je odlican.

Cons:

Dorucak je bio jednolican i prilicno siromasan za hotel sa 4 zvezdice, wifi je slab ( 6/1 !!), hotel nema svoju plazu i do jezera treba preci magistralunj jos jedno 100m. Namestaj h sobi je skroman a kreveti su sa ostrim ivicama.
