I’m waiting for someone to call me to explain now been 24 hours and NOTHING No customer service
Pros:

Well we couldn’t really say as the room was NOTHING like we expected small, the beds pushed up against the walls bathroom dark and extremely old fashioned. We asked for another twin room. Nothing available. I was shocked to find the room I thought I booked on the website but looking nothing like the real things. We DIDN’T STAY

Cons:

Everything from the start we firstly couldn’t get in the gates then parked the car away from main house (a chap did come and help us with bags)
Then waited for at least 25/30 to get checked in only to find the room to be nothing like what we expected terrible experience.

Great experience and would definitely recommend
Pros:

Great location and the staff are super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

The only issue was the shower pressure, which was super slow but didn’t spoil our stay

Amazing stay
Pros:

This was the fifth time we have stayed at the Mansion. Each time we got a different room.
A complete coincidence.

I can say that they were all lovely rooms and with excellent views .
The use of an electric buggy to get around the wildlife park, a very good breakfast in the orangery and complimentary entry into Howletts park , were all included in the cost of the room.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Highly recommended.

Cons:

Being woken up by Howler monkeys at 5 am .
However it is a wildlife park.

Amazing staff, amazing experience great food!

Cons:

We are not use to tap water especially my 2year old, and i was very disappointed that they wouldn’t sell water everywhere, there was only one place i found water and it was way expensive! Value for money, we were spending on food and drinks around €150 per day a family of 3 (2 year old) plus the animal experiences that were also very expensive just to throw food at the animals.

Fantastic place to visit
Pros:

Hotel was very nice friendly staff comfortable bed nice and clean, going around the zoo in the buggy was great

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel, the only negative was eating at baby dolls, pizza and pasta weren’t nice

Marvellous peaceful place to view the gardens and animals in the park.
Pros:

Very welcoming and clean, staff were polite, great place to stay.

Superb & memorable place to visit
Pros:

Fantastic place to stay for 2 nights, this was our 3rd visit. Very friendly & helpful staff. Love having a golf buggy to explore the site & see all the animals. Lovely breakfast in the Garden Room with lots of choice.

Cons:

It is pricey, but then I guess its all about supporting the animals.
Poor choice of sandwiches in Base Camp cafe even by 12.45.
