Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang,war mit dem Fahrrad auf der Durchreise von Frankreich nach Schaffhausen,sehr müde,konnte mein Zimmer früher beziehen,mit dem Lift das Fahrrad aufs Zimmer nehmen und am Morgen das Hotel früh um 04:00 verlassen.

Das Hotel hatte ein schönes Restaurant und auch das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and to file a formal complaint regarding my stay at your property.

Your property is advertised with a rating of 8.3, but the accommodation and service we experienced were completely unacceptable and did not reflect that rating at all.

We arrived at approximately 10:30 PM after an eight-hour journey with our two young children. Before our arrival, you informed us by email that we would be staying in an apartment equipped with a kitchen and household facilities. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the apartment was under renovation and that we would instead be accommodated in a hotel room. This room did not even have a refrigerator or basic facilities that had been promised.

Although we were disappointed, we tried to accept the situation because it was already late at night. Unfortunately, when we entered the room, we were shocked. The room was extremely dirty, it had clearly not been cleaned properly, and the bed linens appeared not to have been changed. Even worse, there were fleas on the beds. It is completely unacceptable to accommodate guests in such unhygienic conditions, especially a family with two young children.

We immediately reported the problem and requested another room. However, we were informed that there were no rooms available and that the only solution was to refund our payment. A refund alone did not solve our problem. At that hour of the night, after travelling for eight hours with two children, we were left without accommodation and had to search for another hotel.

As a direct consequence of your failure to provide the accommodation that was promised, I was forced to book another hotel at an additional cost of approximately €300. This financial loss was caused entirely by your hotel’s failure to provide clean, safe, and suitable accommodation.

I therefore request reimbursement of the additional €300 that I had to spend because of your negligence.

Angenehm und unkompliziert übernachten in guter und dabei doch ruhiger Lage

Leckeres Frühstück sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, alles sauber.

Ik zou er niet nog een keer gaan.
Pros:

Lekker gegeten, aardig personeel behalve een man van de bediening. Hij had lang en vet uitziend haar.

Cons:

Kamers waren te warm en ventilatoren deden het nauwelijks. Kleine televisie en hele kleine handdoeken. Wc zat remsporen in.

Très bon hôtel pour une étape à Olten
Pros:

Bon emplacement au centre ville tout en étant très calme. Chambre fonctionnelle, excellent et riche buffet petit déjeuner, très chouette terrasse au roof-top, avec un bar accueillant et aux prix abordables.
