كل شي مرتب نظيف ، العاملين محترمين ولطيفين اخص بالذكر الاخ هشام وزميلته على الاستعلامات والضيافه وشكرا على ضيافتنا على وجبه الغداء المشهوره في يوم الجمعه الكسكس كانت لذيذه واشكر الاخ عبد الهادي على حسن الضيافه والمعلومات المهمه عن تاريخ المغرب . الفطور جيد ونظيف .

الشخص المسؤول عن الفطور اسمه ( سعيد) غير مهذب وكتير اعصاب ، نظراته للأكل يستحي الصيف انه ياخد صحن تاني . يا ريت تحكوا معه انه يترك الضيف ياكل براحته وما يضل يمشي بين الطاولات متل بقيه الفنادق ويترك الضيف يجلس في المكان اللي بحبه وعدم احراج الضيف ،وشكرا .

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement M. Hicham, à la réception, pour son accueil chaleureux, son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Son sens de l’hospitalité a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable.

Je tiens également à souligner la propreté irréprochable de l’hôtel, ainsi que son emplacement stratégique, idéal pour se déplacer facilement et profiter pleinement de la ville.

Une très belle expérience que je recommande vivement. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal: Es war nicht nur freundlich, sondern in jeder Situation eine echte Hilfe. Ob bei der Taxisuche oder bei einem kurzfristig nötigen Arztbesuch, wir wurden stets zuvorkommend unterstützt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Ahmed, Hicham, Mohammed und Ilias! Pas eu le temps de voir quoi que se soit

Cons:

Je suis arrivée à l’hôtel après quatre heures de trajet en train et, à mon arrivée vers 18h30, on m’a annoncé qu’il n’y avait plus de chambre disponible malgré ma réservation. On m’a ensuite orientée vers un autre hôtel à proximité, sans m’avoir prévenue à l’avance.
Cette situation est inacceptable et témoigne d’un manque de professionnalisme et de respect envers les clients. La moindre des choses aurait été de me prévenir avant mon arrivée afin de m’éviter ce désagrément.
