Pros:

位置方便，離道頓堀、心齋橋都很近

Cons:

很早就預訂2間房，卻安排在不同樓層，房卡也只能按自己那一樓的電梯，要去另一間房需在一樓會合才能再上樓，非常不方便。

Pros:

這次大阪旅遊入住 Fourz Hotel Kintetsu Osaka-Namba，整體住宿體驗相當不錯，地點非常方便，距離近鐵大阪難波站步行只需幾分鐘，道頓堀、心齋橋、黑門市場都在步行範圍內，逛街、吃美食、搭車都很便利。
房間維持日本飯店一貫的乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，隔音也不錯，晚上休息品質很好。公共空間也整理得很乾淨，住起來相當舒服，只是房間真的比較小兩大一小算很免強。
櫃檯服務人員態度很好，辦理入住、退房及詢問問題時都很親切，也願意協助。雖然對話溝通能力有點困難，但利用手機翻譯軟體後，基本上都能順利溝通，有位戴著口罩高高瘦瘦的女員工一直想跟我們解釋甚麼事情,可惜的是我聽不懂,忘了拿手機翻譯, 另外唯一比較可惜的是飯店內沒有提供自助洗衣機。如果住宿天數較長，需要洗衣服就必須到飯店外面的投幣式洗衣店，多少有些不方便。
個人建議，如果飯店能夠將15樓休息空間規劃一半的位置，增設一至兩台洗衣機，相信對連續住宿或自由行旅客會更加便利，也能大幅提升住宿體驗。

Pros:

Excelente ubicación. A pesar de que había mucha vida al rededor no tuvimos ruidos y pudimos dormirnos sin ningún problema.

Cons:

Recepción está escondida, pero si llamas atienden enseguida sin problemas, muy amables todos.

Great location, comfy bed, clean rooms and hot baths were perfect after a long day walking
Pros:

I liked the location, walking distance to train station and dotonbori. Loved the onsite sento

Cons:

Wasn’t a fan of the self check in, staff member was helping everyone anyways. Just felt clunky and much prefer a manned reception desk

CP 值很高
Pros:

地點非常好，附近就有很多商店街，離心齋橋還有Bic Camera 都很近。
飯店附近就有兩間片利商店，很方便。

Excellent location, good customer service and very comfortable stay. Would definitely try again!
Pros:

Location was very near Dotonbori and other restaurants, drugstores, convenience stores, Namba train station and Ebisu shopping street.
Check-in and check-out process was very seamless and fast.
Staff was very helpful - we had a problem on our TV, and the staff made sure to address it asap!
I was expecting a small cramped room but it exceeded expectations as the room was spacious enough to open our bags. The Standard Twin room is good for couples and families, while the Compact Double Room is good for singles.
Wasn't able to experience the public bath but was able to visit it and it had good facilities.

Cons:

None! But to improve other guest services, would be great to add an ice machine or laundry service :)

Great Hotel Stay
Pros:

The shower was incredibly spacious and the shower head features were wonderful. There were plenty of free toiletries in the lobby area which were nice to have access to. The room was kind of small but it was still very nice, clean, and had a nice layout. It's also only a short walk away from Dotonbori street and the Namba Walk but is still quiet. Would absolutely reccomend.
