Das Konzept des Hotels ist ganz prima: kein Schnickschnack, nur das Notwendige, absolut netter Chef, im Zimmer ist alles vorhanden, sogar TV, fußläufig zum Zentrum und ein Traumpreis.

Pros:

L'établissement est situé en plein centre de Reims ce qui permet de visiter à pied la ville. Les restaurants sont situés à proximité. Le personnel est très accueillant. La chambre est convenables pour des familles qui voyagent avec des enfants.

Cons:

La salle d'eau de la chambre 9 (au 3ème étage) est trop étroit et il faut être vraiment très souple pour arriver à se laver (si vous y arrivez!). La rue est trop bruyante et comme si cela ne suffisait pas, les voisins de l'établissement faisaient beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs avec des claquements répétés des portes jusque tard dans la nuit. Il aurait été souhaitable que l'établissement mette un affiche exhortant les clients à respecter la tranquilité de tous.

Вежливый и внимательный персонал: предоставили электрический чайник. В отеле есть общий холодильник и микроволновая печь.
Отличное расположение в центре города недалеко от жд вокзала. Чисто, отель после ремонта. Хорошее постельное белье.

Absolutely perfect for my one night stay.
Pros:

It was nice, clean and comfortable, very good for this price and perfect for my one night stay! The staff was lovely and very service minded. I arrived around 11 in the morning to leave my luggage and they very kindly set my room up for me to put them there directly. Incredible service!
