Cleanliness
7.8
Generally reported as clean and well maintained, but isolated issues noted (stained sheets not changed, some bathroom odors), so cleanliness is slightly below the overall target.
Service
8.7
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, professional and attentive; multiple guests praised the welcoming and efficient service, supporting an above-average score.
Location
8.7
Many reviews highlight an excellent location near the motorway and numerous restaurants — ideal for short stays and transit, making location a strong positive.
Room Quality
7.5
Rooms are functional and clean but often small/cramped; complaints include very poor pillows, some uncomfortable beds and minimal room equipment, lowering this score.
Amenities
7.7
Free/secure parking is frequently praised, but guests noted missing amenities such as English TV channels and sometimes no drinking water at breakfast; mixed signals lead to a moderate rating.
Value for Money
8.5
Many guests explicitly state the hotel is good value, inexpensive and suitable for overnight stops — value is consistently cited as a key strength.
Food and Beverage
8.3
Breakfast is described as good by several guests; minor negatives (e.g., missing drinking water) are occasional but overall F&B is a positive aspect.
Overall Experience
8.4
Overall sentiment is positive with frequent recommendations and repeat stays; minor issues (small rooms, occasional cleanliness/amenity gaps) keep the score slightly above average.
