La cercanía con el aeropuerto y el servicio de que te vayan a buscar al aeropuerto

Cons:

Que había que subir las valijas por las escaleras. Las sábanas de la cama estaba media rota en algunos lados. No tenían toalla de mano para colgar en el baño. La cama no era tan cómoda, estaba entre dura y blanda.

Bien pour rentrer rapidement à l’aéroport mais chère pour le niveau de propreté

La propreté n’étais pas au rdv car il y’avait pleins de résidus dans le spa ça ce voit qu’il n’as pas été lavée avant notre venu aussi les toile d’araignée et puis l’odeur dans les toilette étais insupportable, nous sommes rester deux jours il n’y a même pas eu de nettoyage entre nos deux nuit j’y de changement de serviette pour un hôtel 3 étoile ce n’est pas normal

It was a nice place, but sleeping was not easy.

The place was nice and clean, it was close to the airport, and it looked nice.

The beds are good, but the pillows were so thick that is was difficult to sleep.

Not what we hoped it would be

Room was huge (suite)

Cons:

As soon as we arrived it felt dirty. Our room had dust, cobwebs, spiders and the shower floor wasn’t cleaned. There was only one sheet on the bed so we were on a sticky plastic bed cover. We messaged ahead to make sure we could use card to order food, they said yes so we used all our cash in advance - they didn’t take card… They provided no help in getting us a car to the ATM and back, which overall meant our pizza was over £30. Lastly our airport transfer was booked for 6:15am which was postponed to 6:30 once we arrived down at reception. Eventually we realised this was just to fit both us and another couple in the same trip which was fine, but I feel this could have easily been communicated
