Free parking spaces are available around the hotel from 18:00 every evening, or between 14:00 on Saturdays until 08:00 on Mondays.

dass die Baustelle vor dem Hotel augenscheinlich in den letzten 14 Monaten nicht ein Schritt weitergekommen ist aber dafür kann natürlich das Hotel nichts das ist jetzt eher eine sehr unpassende Aussage

Für eine Nacht ok, aber.....
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Gemütlicher Frühstücksraum.

Cons:

Leider von einer Grossbaustelle umgeben, daher keine Zufahrt möglich. Das Zimmer war unter dem Dach, für eine Nacht im Frühjahr ok, aber im Sommer wird es dort gewiss sehr warm. Das Bad ist extrem klein.

Ein Juwel in Bochum
Pros:

Tolles Hotel mit sehr angenehmer, familiärer Atmosphäre und vorallem sehr sauber. Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal am Empfang und in jedem Bereich. Unschlagbar, der Hotelinhaber und die sehr nette Dame im Frühstücksraum... so aufmerksam und umsichtig, wie man es nur sehr selten erlebt.
Wenn man sich den kostengünstigen hoteleigenen Parklplatz fürs Auto nicht leisten mag, findet man in unmittelbarer Nähe ganz leicht einen Parkplatz Konnten unseren reservierten Platz einmal nicht mehr anfahren, weil wir erst zu sehr später Stunde ins Hotel zurückkamen und fanden tatsächlich gleich direkt vor dem Hoteleingang einen Platz.
Danke für den schönen, entspannten Aufenthalt und die zu spürende herzliche Gastlichkeit in Ihrem Haus, lieber Herr Antloga!
Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen ihr Hotel, mit gutem Gewissen, im Freundes- und Bekanntenkreis auf jeden Fall weiter.

Insgesamt hat es zu diesem Preis gepasst.
Pros:

Die Matratze war hervorragend! Die leere Flasche Wasser wurde während des Aufenthalts ersetzt, das fand ich super! Oft gibt es ja nur eine einzige Flasche zur Begrüßung. Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten, das habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Cons:

Die (alten) Haare in der Dusche fand ich nicht schön, aber kann mal vorkommen.
Das Fenster hatte ich zur Hauptstraße hin, hat mir persönlich nichts ausgemacht (habe einen sehr tiefen Schlaf) aber könnte für andere schon ein Problem sein.
