Very clean, comfortable & well presented
Great location for RSPB Frampton Marsh, and well renovated to high standard with comfortable rooms
Had meal which was good but only OK. Basic pub fayre.

Large room with modern bathroom. Large bed, good wifi. Safe place to leave our bicycles overnight. Great meal
Towel rack didn’t heat until the night and since we’d been cycling in the rain for several hours it would have been nice to know the heat would come on later

The property was clean and quirky being an old pub. Low ceilings and doorways added to the ambience. The bedroom was large and the bathroom spotless. Comfortable bed and pillows topped it off. Breakfast choice was lovely and the food fantastic.

Location for us. Room was good.
The facilities in the room were great, especially the fan which was defiantly needed.
The shower was leaking from the top of the main head. Was still able to have a shower but does require to be fixed. Also a body lotion would have been useful too.
