Staff so fantastic and friendly
Other people using car park so we struggled to park
The property was clean and quirky being an old pub. Low ceilings and doorways added to the ambience. The bedroom was large and the bathroom spotless. Comfortable bed and pillows topped it off. Breakfast choice was lovely and the food fantastic.

Location for us. Room was good.
The facilities in the room were great, especially the fan which was defiantly needed.
The shower was leaking from the top of the main head. Was still able to have a shower but does require to be fixed. Also a body lotion would have been useful too.
Lovely courtyard and nicely decorated although our room needed some touch ups on paint and tilling
The staff were good and breakfast was very good but a bit slow arriving
Our room was in the main building at the front and the road is very busy it’s was very hot so needed the window open so quite noisy. There is double glazing so probably ok when it’s cooler or the rooms behind the courtyard may be quieter. A good place to stay.
A small fridge in room would be great for cold water and alternative milk.
The cold tap didn’t work properly so needs fixing
Staff went above and beyond to make it a friendly and welcoming experience. Everything was clean and comfortable, and both dinner and breakfast tasted great. Would definitely recommend, and would happily visit again.

sadly a couple of things, but not major....the TV was not working as it had an unsuitable aerial, so no signal. Also, the window needed a better blind- as it's summertime, the room was very light from the early hours...but that's all, not major. Still very happy - would stay again

Self check-in was unexpected and confirmed after booking but worked out OK. Was just so hot but they can't help the weather! (fan provided in room).
