Poor customer service
Cons:

I did the booking and was accepted, I did not receive any instructions to access the apartment. I had to call and the person was barely able to speak English. The reservation was not there and after 20 min waiting I was sent to another apartment. After many hours driving this was a very poor service

Mold and unsanitary, when pointed out for yelled at in German. Wouldent come back.
Pros:

It was kinda close to supermarkets. If you only need a place to stay for one night it can be fine if you get the right room.

Cons:

The entrance wasn’t clear so we went upstairs hoping to find anything. Upstairs it was flooded with garbage and mess in the comments area. Then we found the reception, except there were no receptionist, apparently they are only there around 10 am. Then we had to lock our selves in with a keypad. Fine. We eventually found where we were supposed to sleep.
The next thing we noticed was there was no ac in 30+ degrees. There also was only one curtain, only privacy curtain nothing for the light. Then we found large amounts of black mold in the window, I’m very allergic, there were clear marks of grime on the walls and the sheet had a yellow stain.
We proceeded to call the number given, I talked to a person who couldn’t speak a word of English and when I tried to talk to her she hung up on me, I called back and got yelled at in German that the room was clean, when I insisted, me speaking English to a women and her yelling back at me in german, I got new room. This room had another curtain, yay, no mold, yay, and not stained sheets.
We didn’t use the commen areas as they seemed disgusting upstairs so we didn’t trust them downstairs either.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at M & M Hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for our trip, with easy access to the main road. We had a great night's sleep and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Das Hotel lag für uns zentral.
Personal gab es nicht vor Ort.
Es gab eine Telefonnummer, dort konnte man anrufen.

Cons:

Zimmer 1 und 2 hatten Essengerüche im Zimmer.
Zimmer 5 war sehr groß und hier konnte mann leider die Terassentür nicht öffnen.

Toilettendeckel defekt.

Nochmal würde ich dort nicht buchen
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hatte die perfekte Lage für unsere Reise und der Ort war fußläufig gut zu erreichen

Cons:

Sehr runter gekommen alles und hellhörig…
Für die Ausstattung der Preis ist nicht ok gewesen…

Schlafen mit Schimmel im Raum
Pros:

Schnell erreichbar von der Autobahn und nicht teuer

Cons:

Im Gebäude sind die Flure der Zimmergrupoen nicht ausgeschildert: man muss in jeden Flur probehalber hineinschauen, ob er das eigene Zimmer enthält. SAUBERKEIT: die Fensterrahmen von Zimmer und Bad sind voll mit Schimmel
