Estimado Dom Hotel

Quisiera expresar mi molestia respecto a mi reciente estadía en su hotel. Lamentablemente, la experiencia durante el desayuno fue muy mala. La calidad y variedad de los alimentos fueron deficientes, y además la atención del personal en el horario del desayuno dejó mucho que desear, ya que el servicio fue lento y poco amable.

Asimismo, noté que en la habitación no había acondicionador para el cabello, un detalle básico que considero importante para la comodidad de los huéspedes.

Espero que puedan tomar en cuenta estos comentarios para mejorar el servicio y evitar que otros clientes tengan una experiencia similar.
