Fijn en super net hotel. Net iets verder van het drukke gedeelte van Porto maar prima te lopen. Keurige kamers, ontzettend behulpzaam personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijt tegen betaling.

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit hotel in Porto. De locatie is erg goed. Dichtbij de metro en op loopafstand van alles wat deze stad te bieden heeft. Het hotel ziet er prachtig uit. Ik heb genoten van de ruimte, het ontbijt was heerlijk uitgebreid en ook waren wij erg positief over het mooie dakterras met zwembad. Het personeel was vriendelijk en heeft ons goed geholpen. Fijn dat er water wordt aangeboden op de kamer en dat er een kluis en koelkast aanwezig is.
Ik vond het bed veel te hard, maar dat is uiteraard persoonlijk. Daarnaast heb ik opgemerkt dat er helaas vlekken op onze lakens zaten en ook kleine gaatjes bij de zoom. Dit is een verbeterpunt. De lakens zijn vast goed gewassen want alles was verder prima schoon en de hygiëne was verder in orde, maar sommige vlekken gaan er simpelweg niet meer uit en dan kun je de lakens beter vernieuwen.

Trato muy malo recibido en recepción, la habitación estaba a 30 grados y no iba bien muy lento, el aire acondicionado, pedimos cambiar a otra habitación donde no diera el sol en las ventanas y nos dijeron que no ,les comentamos que era muy pronto y era imposible que todas estuvieran ya ocupadas , después de un largo viaje no puedes llegar a las 16h al hotel,antes no te dan entrada, ellos lo deciden porque si, y encontrarte con un calor increíble.Les insistimos a las recepcionistas y nos comentaron que la única forma es quedarnos en recepción una hora y nos enfriarían otra habitación . La pregunta es porque no se toman la molestia de hacer esto antes de que lleguen los clientes al hotel , es un 4 estrellas, si vas a este hotel no cojas la habitación 301 no podrás descansar cuando llegues. Por cierto pregunté por un responsable y me dieron que estaba de vacaciones . Si pese a tener calor quieres sudar más , la cama tiene incorporado un edredón gordo , nadie ha pensado que es verano y ese elemento es para dormir calentito en INVIERNO, todo un maltrato a los clientes , no volveré , o cambian aire acondicionado o que cierren el hotel en verano y que se vayan de vacaciones.
