Pros:

An easy 5 min walk from Trindade station. Also on15-20 walk from the river and main Porto hub. Just a few minutes walk from Bolhao market and lots of places to eat and drink.
Staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The pool and roof terrace under different managers. About to start a refurbishment

Muito bom Hotel. Voltaria.
Pros:

Ficamos duas noites distintas e na primeira nos deram um up grade de quarto, muito bom, com sofá etc. Na segunda noite ficamos num quarto standart de frente para a rua, mas tb bom. Boa cama, ar condicionado ok, bom banheiro. Garagem no próprio edifício, espaçosa, com adicional de EU$ 20,00. Staff da recepção muito simpático e prestativo, p/p o Murilo. Bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Roof top em restauração, com a piscina inativada.

A localização é muito boa. Funcionários super simpáticos. Hotel muito bonito e limpeza impecável. Cama confortável. Wc espaçoso. Ficamos apenas 1 noite. Estavamos de passagem.

Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. The staffs was very accommodating and helpful for anything that we needed especially Jay who helped us with everything and showed us where we needed to go. The bed was very comfortable and slept well. Good location in the centre of the city. Absolutely loved it

Komme sehr gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr schönes, sauberes Zimmer mit Dachterrasse und super Ausblick! Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen! Alles frisch und es wird immer nachgelegt. Personal sehr zuvorkommend!

Pros:

Segunda estadia,ambas de curta duração e com vontade de ficar mais tempo. Quartos espaçosos e bem decorados, toque distintivo. Vista magnífica para a rua principal movimentada mas sem ruído incomodativo

Cons:

Fico sempre com a sensação que os funcionários estão a cumprir a sua função sem grande brio ou empatia. Questionei quando estaria prevista abertura do espaço rooftop/piscina e obtive 'não faço ideia'

Charming Porto
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, staff were friendly and helpful offering recommendations on the best way to experience the city and local restaurants. Rooms spacious, clean and had a good rain head shower. The bar downstairs was great and there was happy hour between 4pm-7pm with local house wines, beer and softdrink included.

Cons:

The pillows were very uncomfortable and flat. There were no alternatives on offer, just more of the same type. Unfortunately during our stay the pool was closed for maintenance so we were not able to use it.
