Pros:

Хорошее местоположение - все в пешей доступности, приветливый персонал, по инициативе отеля сделали апгрейд номера на более высокую категорию) Номер очень комфортный, чистый, очень удобная кровать, хорошая сантехника, есть все средства гигиены.

Cons:

Небольшой минус - нет тапочек и халатов, но для нас это не проблема

Pros:

Excelente localização! Andamos à pé pela maioria dos pontos de interesse. Fica em frente à Igreja da Trindade e com vários restaurantes nas ruas adjacentes. As dependências são nota 10 e os funcionários muito gentis.

Pros:

Loved everything about this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were some of the best I've slept on. The location was perfect—within walking distance of the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The views from the hotel were beautiful, the property was spotless, and the staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. I would happily stay here again.

Für eine Stadtbesichtigung absolut zu empfehlen
Pros:

Direkte Erreichbarkeit vom Flughafen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und sehr gute Lage für die Stadtbesichtigung. Obwohl wir für eine Layover den günstigsten Tarif gebucht hatten, war das Zimmer tipptopp. Das Frühstück hat fast keine Wünsche offen gelassen.

- Jeg fik ikke det samme værelse som jeg betalte for under billedet på booking.com. Receptionisten sagde til mig at rummet var samme størrelse som jeg havde betalt for men værelse var ikke så stort som på billedet. som jeg havde specifikt valgt. Da jeg så fortalte det til personalet var receptionisten flabet og prøvede på at fortælle mig at det var en mindre fejl og at det var billedet som var forskruet, da hun så gav mig ret i at jeg ikke havde fået det samme som på billedet under det værelse jeg havde bestilt, lod hun som om det var en lille ting og hun kunne ikke give mig en anden form for undskyldning end 2 cupcakes og en flabet attitude.

Ikke alle personale var flabet men en specifik kvinde var meget flabet.

Rengøringen ankom meget sent til værelserne - nogle gange omkring kl 16 (selvom jeg havde sat et skilt uden foran døren som viste at jeg godt ville have rengjort mit værelse)
