Perfekter Aufenthalt mit klitzekleinen Einschränkungen
Pros:

Wir sind als Familie mit erwachsenem Sohn für eine Woche dort gewesen und hatten ein großes Zimmer mit einem phänomenalen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Unsere Terrasse war ursprünglich nicht mit genügend Sitzplätzen ausgestattet, was Dank der super freundlichen und sehr engagierten Guest Relationship Managerin (Faye) umgehend behoben wurde.

Unser Aufenthalt beinhaltete nur Frühstück. Dieses wurde auf einer höher gelegenen Terrasse a la carte serviert. Wenn man erstmal das Prinzip der Menuekarte verstanden hatte, konnte man alles uneingeschränkt bestellen inkl. frisch gepresstem Orangensaft , der für uns immer schon ein Zeichen für gute Qualität ist. Einige Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren in den ersten Tagen ein bisschen spröde, lockerten aber im Verlauf der Woche immer weiter auf.

Zweimal täglich kamen Zimmermädchen u.a. um kleine Wasserflaschen (gratis) aufzufüllen.

Insgesamt waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. An dieser Stelle möchten wir uns noch einmal bei Faye für ihre professionelle und ausgesprochen freundliche Art bedanken.

Schöne Poollandschaft (Salzwasser) mit Poolservice und Snackbar und kleiner Privatstrand (Kieselsteine) mit kostenlosen Liegen vorhanden.

Das Hotel liegt ein bisschen außerhalb von Ornos - der Ort ist jedoch innerhalb von wenigen Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Dort findet man diverse Restaurants verschiedener Preisklassen, Supermarkt, Bäcker sowie eine Busstation mit einem regelmäßigen Linienverkehr (sehr zu empfehlen - klimatisierte Reisebusse, sehr günstig - man ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten in Mykonos Stadt).

Cons:

Eigentlich hat uns alles sehr, sehr gut gefallen mit einer kleinen Ausnahme (Jammern auf hohem Niveau) …. Obwohl wir noch in der Nebensaison dort waren, gab es nur wenige Schattenplätze im Pool und Strandbereich und generell nicht ausreichend viele Liegen ( bei einer 80% Hotelauslastung). Diese waren sehr schnell schon morgens belegt. In der Hauptsaison kann dieses sicherlich zum Problem werden. Das Hotel hat sich zwar bemüht noch weitere Liegen zu beschaffen, aber Schattenplätze waren leider nicht dabei.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ein traumhaftes Hotel mit einem außergewöhnlichen Team!

Unser Aufenthalt im Kivotos Hotel auf Mykonos war einfach wunderschön. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das einmalige Personal. Selten haben wir so viel Herzlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und ehrliche Gastfreundschaft erlebt. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und schafft es, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und rundum wohlfühlt. Ein ganz großes Kompliment – das Personal macht dieses Hotel wirklich zu etwas ganz Besonderem!

Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel ist hervorragend. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet.

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft – wunderschön, ruhig und mit einer ganz besonderen Atmosphäre. Ein Ort, an dem man sofort abschalten, genießen und sich erholen kann.

Für uns war es ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt. Wir können das Kivotos Hotel von Herzen empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese unvergessliche Zeit! ❤️

Estadía increible !!

Impresionante el hotel !!!
Imposible mejor opción. Está ubicado en la bahía de Ornos y es extremadamente lujoso con hermosas zonas comunes y una playa privada.
La decoración es de hoteles boutique.
Fuimos con tres amigas y nuestra experiencia fue genial. Nos sentimos totalmente relajadas y aunque tuviéramos nuestra propia piscina íbamos a las zonas comunes y a la playa .
Las vistas son increíbles !
El personal muy amable cumplió con todos nuestros deseos y nos daban recomendaciones de lugares para visitar la isla .
Altamente recomendable !

Every detail is carefully looked after, making the entire experience unforgettable.

What impressed us the most, however, was the outstanding service. We would especially like to recognize Dimitris Mamouchas, Front Office Manager, whose professionalism, dedication, leadership, and genuine passion for hospitality were evident from our very first interaction. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome, valued, and well taken care of. His attention to detail, calm approach, and willingness to help set an exceptional example for the entire team.

It is rare to meet someone who combines such high professional standards with genuine warmth and care for guests. Kivotos Mykonos should be extremely proud to have a Front Office Manager of his caliber, as people like Dimitris are a true asset to any luxury hotel and play a significant role in creating memorable guest experiences.

We highly recommend Kivotos Mykonos to anyone looking for a first-class stay in Mykonos. We will certainly return, not only because of the beautiful property and spectacular views but also because of the outstanding hospitality provided by the entire team.

את המיקום ואת רצועת החוף.
ארוחת בוקר הייתה מצוינת

Cons:

אין מים חמים במקלחות וממש מבאס אחרי טיסה וגם כשפנינו בקבלה לא כל כך היה מענה בנושא. רק ביום של הטיסה חזרה בבוקר היה פתאום מים חמים.
מבחינת ניקיון היה סביר לא ברמת המבריק.
