Fantastic position
Great different sitting areas around the poo and in the private beach
Our family, including our children, stayed at Kivotos Mykonos for a few days at the end of August, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.
Our two-bedroom suite with a private pool was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our family. The food was delicious, and the entire staff was incredibly courteous, kind, and accommodating. They were always happy to answer our questions and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We especially appreciated how attentive they were to our daughter’s gluten-free dietary needs and how carefully they accommodated her throughout our stay.
A special mention goes to the manager, Faye (if I remember her name correctly), who was incredibly warm and welcoming. She personally showed us around the property and immediately made us feel at home. Her hospitality really stood out.
Dimitris was also exceptional. When we arranged a car transfer to the port, he not only organized everything seamlessly but also personally messaged me to confirm the transfer and make sure we arrived safely in Athens — even though he was off work. That level of care and attention truly says a lot about the team at Kivotos.
Overall, Kivotos is a beautiful property with an exceptional team, and the genuine warmth and hospitality of the staff made our stay especially memorable. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to families looking for a beautiful and welcoming place to stay in Mykonos.
If I could change anything about our stay, it would be the beach and the variety of breakfast options. While the hotel does have a private beach, it is quite small and rocky, and there isn’t really a sandy area for children to play. The breakfast was delicious and included with the stay, but the menu was the same each day, so having a little more variety would have been nice for a longer stay.

O anuncio falou em praia privativa: chegamos e existia a praia revirada com bandeija de comida e outros pertences de outros hospedes;
Pessima limpeza : encontramos restos de absorventes de calcinha nas prateleiras, restos de pasta de dente usados na banheira, quarto muito sujo que nao corresponde a um 5 estrelas
Cozinha: na tinha nenhum apetrecho disponivel. Microondas todo usado e sujo em pessimas condições de higiene e manutenção;
Camas: descrevia como tendo acomodacao para 5 pessoas. Na verdade a 5 pessoa teria que ficat numa cama no meio de uma sala minuscula.
Elevador interno: em pessimas condicoes. Tanto de limpeza como de operação.
Gastei quase 15 mil dolares e diante da situação que era lamentável decidimos trocar de hotel pois nao queria perder uma viagem que era tão importante para minha familia. Me fizeram assinar um documento oferecendo apenas 30% de reembolso. Se eu nao assinasse nem isso iria ter de reembolso. Achei um absurdo e me senti profundamente enganado

Our villa was very comfortable
* Photographs and marketing imply (do not explicitly say) that the place is right by the beach. But it is actually on a rocky hillside, and the "beach" below is a very small strip of rocky land. The nearest actual beaches - Ornos and Korfos are a 15 min walk away.

Hotel elegante che rispetta lo stile greco, in assoluto relax. Pur essendo vicino ai luoghi della movida (circa 10 minuti di motorino/quad) l'hotel non risente del caos di Mykonos ed è un'oasi di tranquillità. Posizione bellissima sopra una baia,
La camera, per quanto più che dignitosa, non è stata all'altezza delle mie aspettative. Abbastanza vecchia, dava un senso di pulizia mediocre. Anche il letto era non molto comodo e rigovernato in maniera approssimativa. Lo staff gentile e disponibile (direi anche simpatici), però non molto efficienti, soprattutto nella gestione e tempistica delle ordinazioni.
