A very good location to visit Fort Kochi
Pros:

it is a great simple hotel with great staff. A real plus is the good breakfast as well as the swimming pool. We have visited it when arriving in Kochi and came back at the end of our trip.

Pros:

We had a pleasant stay in this beautiful old Dutch-style building in Fort Kochi. The location was excellent, with sightseeing spots easily accessible, making it very convenient to explore Fort Kochi. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

To crash out at night this is a good place
Pros:

The location was very close to the beach and the area was walkable and pleasant. Vasco-da-gama circle was walkable and so was princess street.

Cons:

The room size is way too small, and the bed was small for a family. To add another bed, the room wouldn't permit. May be there are other bigger rooms.

Cons:

I booked two Premium Rooms and one Dutch Room. Unfortunately, the experience did not match my expectations.

There was no regulator knob to control the fan speed, which was quite inconvenient.

The mirrors in the washrooms were not properly clean.

Most importantly, the Dutch Room was a major disappointment. The difference between the pictures/expectations and the actual room was significant.

Overall, the rooms did not live up to the expectations created by the pictures and description on the booking platform.

Can find better options in Fort Kochi
Pros:

Location was bang in the centre and very convenient to all the sightseeing and restaurants. Very easy to find autos, taxis. Staff also helped with finding us a taxi to Alleppey

Cons:

Breakfast was very basic.
The fan and AC wasn't functional and room wasnt ventilated. It was very uncomfortable and we couldn't sleep the whole night as it was very hot and humid. AC was on but wasnt working properly. Staff should have checked all this.
That's why we didnt return on our final leg of trip here even after booking and paying
