Pros:

Staff behavior was fine. Location was close to the lulu mall

Cons:

The place was stinking. Very poor ventilation. Restaurant was non operational. Room charges are high for the facilities. Wi-Fi also didn't work in the room. No parking for vehicle. Location on a very busy road

Not a 5 star hotel but they could do better.
Pros:

Location is very close to the Lulu Mall and that’s it.

Cons:

Not super clean. Shower was broken. I thought of making a tea and the mugs were all dirty. I saw small cockroaches in the bathroom. It’s not a 5 star hotel but for 3k I expect half of the cleanliness at least.

Staff were exceptionally good. But I felt like I was cheated by the management.
Pros:

Breakfast was not from the hotel since the kitchen was closed. This was not informed at the time of our arrival either.
But the staff were exceptionally good.
We loved all the staff who worked there.

Cons:

We had to go to another place for breakfast in the scorching sun. We choose A1 hotel as it showex in tjeir website that breakfaat waz included. But the staff said their kitchen was closed and this was not updated in the website.
This could have been updated or atleast inform at the time of arrival so that people like us would have chosen another place where breakfast was included inhouse.

Very convenient for Lulu Mall on the way to Kochi airport
Pros:

Sini Martin was outstandingly helpful
She came with me to go shopping and a young boy came with me to Lulu Mall to exchange money

Cons:

Need to upgrade the place some modernises services.
Pros:

Location is pretty nice. Near by shopping mall. Staffs are nice.

Cons:

Electric switch issues switches are not work properly. Bath rooms accessories like towels are not installed in bath room. Need water heater and air conditioner go improve.
