Очень крассивое место

Мы заранее пытались связаться с отелем, чтобы заказать ужин до закрытия кухни, так как ехали с маленьким ребенком. Мы неоднократно звонили, однако на телефон никто не отвечал. На электронное письмо нам ответили только один раз, после чего перестали выходить на связь.
В результате, когда мы приехали, кухня уже не работала (она закрывается в 19:30), и мы остались без возможности поужинать после долгой дороги с ребенком.
Кроме того, несмотря на то, что мы заранее указали необходимость дополнительной кровати для ребенка, к нашему приезду она не была подготовлена. Нам пришлось самостоятельно застилать и организовывать спальное место.
К сожалению, такое отношение к гостям сильно испортило впечатление от пребывания.
