Marina and Matteo and Jaro! The best restaurant staff you could ask for! Amazing breakfast and dinner buffet. You have the option of order off a menu every night but we enjoyed the salad and appetizer buffet more than the menu meals.
We booked our week long stay a year in advance and we’re given the worst room/view in our category. It was basically an obstructed view because it was on the first floor, and the restaurant roof was below. When you’re sitting on the balcony you just see a wall. I would have expected that guests with shorter stays that booked last minute would have received this inferior room. You’re required to sit at the same table every day for both meals. Again seated at a table with no view at all. The man with the mustache at the front desk is horrible. Unfriendly. Makes you feel like an idiot asking a question or for something. Should not work in hospitality. All 7 days we has like this. No smiling. WiFi is slow and spotty. Had to just turn it off all the time and use cellular. Only bar shampoo. No liquid. Housekeeping sprays the room with a strong fragrance.
personal war freundlich. die lage ist unschlagbar wenn man spaß am wandern hat. frühstück war gut und es war angenehm ruhig.
ich war mit meinem hund alleine und hab eine nacht in m nebengebäuden verbracht.
bezahlt hab ich ca. €380.
das zimmer war sehr klein.
das bett war alt und die matratze durchgelegen.
das bad war klein und hatte keine dusche. es war eine badewanne die man fürs duschen werwenden konnte. die minibar war nicht aktiviert und leer. nicht einmal eine flasche wasser war vorhanden.
der spa bereich ist für ein 4stern ok aber nicht mehr. neue handtücher hat es nur nach anfrage gegeben und das nicht gerne.
so.... und das ganze für m 380€
also um so viel geld würde ich mir wirklich viel mehr erwarten :((

Super jedzenie, bardzo pomocna obsluga a widoki nie z tej ziemi. Jesli ktos oczekuje spokoju i pieknych widokow z wysoka jakoscia hotelu to wlasciwe miejsce.
A equipe é incrivel. Atendimento e acolhimento Nota 1000. Extremamente atenciosos. Esclarecem qualquer dúvida, inclusive de passeios. E as instalações são excelentes. A vista das montanhas é de tirar o fôlego. A localização no início da trilha é incrivel.

Frühstück: eher wenig Auswahl- kein Gemüse außer Cocktailtomaten, wenig Auswahl an Käse, kein Räucherlachs oder vegetarische Aufstriche...

The location is ideal. Situated right next to the hiking trails and cross country scenic with amazing views from the balcony and pools. Nice amenities and variety of food in the restaurant.
Extremely pricey for how outdated it is and considering we came during the shoulder season.
