Номера вполне нормальные. Но может не быть горячей воды. Но не дорого. С другой стороны озеро Севан красиво.
Хоть и немного не прибрано, впечатление как будто в СССР. Почти все развалилось.

Gute Lage. Man ist schnell in der Stadt, da die Autobahn (nicht so viel befahren) direkt am Hotel überquert werden kann. Hier sind Aussparungen in dem Leitplanken vorhanden. Innerhalb einer Minute unten am Strand - im Sommer sicherlich sehr schön.

Sehr herzliches Personal. Unserer Kindern haben sie freilaufenden Hasen und Hühner sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Etwas kleine und ältere Betten, insbesondere wenn man größer als 1,80m ist.

Good breakfast, beautiful surroundings, great food, and helpful staff
Pros:

Nice place for those who like peace a quite. Really nice surroundings. Food was great both the free breakfast and the dinner we availed. Taxi ride to the monastery. Loved the nice cook lady there, she was very helpful. The guy in the reception can be stern looking but his nice, he was able to help us out. Friendly staff, just ask them nicely.

A property in a nice location and value for money
Pros:

A lovely location next to the lake. Ample parking next to the rooms. Breakfast is basic but for the value you pay, it is good. Rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly.

Cons:

The attending of calls to understand the location can be more efficient. There are lot of construction and materials strewn around the property.
The Bathrooms and its fittings can be better and they carry a bad smell.
