Pros:

The room was nice and quiet. Everything was ok and worked as expected. No breakfast buffet. You have to order the food individually bur everything was delicious. The staff was very friendly. The free parking was a clear advantage.

Cons:

The shower is not perfect. Even if you are very careful, water is splashing from the shower onto the bathroom floor. A direct passage between the restaurant and the hotel area would be nice. No issue for us but an elevator would be nice too.

Foarte reușit.
Pros:

Poziția hotelului - centrală și apropiată de obiectivele turistice importante din Sibiu. Pub și restaurant propriu, Designul modern și plăcut al spațiilor interioare (holuri, toalete). Deși este clasificat doar cu 3 stele, hotelul depășește ușor câteva hoteluri din apropiere care au patru stele, în privința mărimii și aspectului camerii, baie etc. Doamna de la Recepție este foarte amabilă și, deși era un eveniment cu mulți participanți, mi-a sugerat o idee optimă pentru parcare și ne-a oferit, cu deosebită amabilitate, o cameră „ferită” de zgomotul evenimentului. După încheierea lui, parcarea a fost ok.

Cons:

Din nefericire, (însă staff-ul hotelului nu poate controla acest lucru și nu are, deci, nici o vină), am avut vecini de cameră o familie extrem de zgomotoasă, care s-a certat pâna la 2 dimineața, încât, la un moment dat, am vrut să sesizăm Recepția și chiar să anunțăm Poliția. Dar, cum spuneam, educația turiștilor nu stă în responsabilitatea hotelului. Pentru personalul lui, întregii echipe - felicitări!
