Все отлично- нас встретили в 12 ночи, быстро разместили, место на парковке ожидало нашу машину. Вкусный завтрак, особенно яблочный штрудель! Чисто, аккуратно, прекрасный вид на ратушу из окна. Большое спасибо!

Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, leider durfte im Frühstücksraum geraucht werden

Cons:

Klimaanlage defekt, trotzdem dass sie ausgeschalten war hat sie immer wieder laut gebrummt, Kühlschrank im Zimmer sehr laut, Zahnbecher wohl schon länger nicht geputzt

Abbiamo prenotato quest' hotel per la posizione e per la disponibilità di parcheggio, peccato che al nostro arrivo il parcheggio era completo, e nella nostra tariffa era compreso. Nonostante le mie rimostranze ed ho fatto presente che su booking c'è scritto che l'hotel ha la disponibilità di parcheggio per ogni camera ho dovuto mettere la macchina in strada...

Ich habe alles dazu geschrieben. Hätte ich von Anfang an, das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen, wäre ich sehr zufrieden gewesen
Pros:

Meine Bewertung ist besonders, ich habe das Hotel für 2 Übernachtungen , 1 Zimmer 18 qm für 2 Personen gebucht. Als wir abends dort ankamen, war nur noch ein kleines Zimmer von vielleicht 8qm verfügbar. Die Dame an der Rezeption sagte, dass ist das letzte Zimmer. Wir haben noch einen kleinen Nachlass raus gehandelt.
Da es schon sehr spät war und wir keine Alternative hatten, haben wir es bezogen. Es war wirklich sehr klein , eng und ungemütlich. Völlig ungeeignet für 2 Personen.
Am nächsten Morgen, trafen wir zufällig den Chef und er fragte ob wir zufrieden sind. Natürlich überhaupt nicht. Darauf hat er uns ein sehr schickes Zimmer mit einem großen schönen Bad zur Verfügung gestellt. Das hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Wenn man später kommt ist es schon sehr reduziert.

Cons:

Die Dame an der Rezeption, hat mich genötigt die Buchung bei Booking com zu stornieren. Das wollte ich auf gar keinen Fall.
Am nächsten Morgen stellte ich fest, dass das Hotel meine Buchung storniert hat. Das habe ich als absolutes no Go empfunden.
Per Mail hat Booking mich angeschrieben, ob ich die Unterkunft nicht bezogen habe. Wir haben dort 2 Nächte verbracht.
Leider wurde die Stornierung nicht rückgängig gemacht. So kann man nicht mit Gästen umgehen. Bei professioneller Führung eines Hotels darf eine Überbuchung nicht erfolgen.

Pozitie foarte buna, la 5 minute de podul minciunilor
Loc de parcare in curtea interioara ( numar limitat)
Camera destul de spatioasa

Cons:

Putina mentenanta si atentie la detalii.
Patul incomod scartie la fiecare miscare
Curatenia doar la suprafat: In sertare erau firimituri (camera) si par de la clientii precedenti ( baie)
Bufetul amenajat ptr micul dejun era horror: produse de la supermarket, sucul de fructe era apa portocalie, mobilier de expunere vechi si murdar.
Personalul absolut neprofesional in zona de mic dejun.

The location was good, the room had everything we needed, we appreciated the fridge—everything was great and comfortable. Personal was also helpful

Cons:

At breakfast, some items were missing and weren't restocked until we asked for them; it was a bit messy and dirty. I understand it's a buffet, but you need to check in every so often to see if anything is missing or needs to be restocked.
