Everything, I wish I could have stayed longer
Just the swimming pool!
Absolutely terrible experience! !!!!!!!!One of the worst hotel stays we've ever had.
We paid €986.70 for a 5-night stay, expecting a relaxing family holiday, but unfortunately the experience was completely unacceptable.
The room was not properly cleaned, with visible stains on the mattress and dirt and water stains on the floor. Even worse, the bed sheets were never changed during our entire stay, which is simply unacceptable for any hotel, especially considering the price we paid.
The Wi-Fi was practically non-existent, with no reliable internet connection anywhere in the hotel.
To make matters worse, during the weekend the hotel hosted what seemed to be a party with extremely loud music until 1:00 a.m., without informing guests in advance. We were traveling with a young child, and it was impossible to get any proper rest. Had we known that loud events would be taking place late into the night, we would never have booked this hotel.
Another disappointing aspect was the room layout. The shower had glass panels on both sides. While this was shown in the photos, I had contacted the hotel before our arrival to ask which room we would be assigned, but they never replied. When I later mentioned this to the manager, instead of showing any understanding or offering a solution, she simply said, "You saw the photos. You knew what you were booking." This dismissive attitude perfectly reflected the level of customer service we experienced throughout our stay.
When I raised all of these concerns with the manager, I expected at least an apology or an attempt to resolve the issues. Instead, I was met with sarcasm, rudeness, and complete indifference. It was clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority.
For the amount of money we paid, we expected basic cleanliness, professionalism, and respect.
