Desperate Dan
Pros:

Great pies and other food also. Lovely comfortable big bed in my room. The shared bathrooms are always clean and never need to queue to use them. For the price its a nice comfy stay.

Cons:

If only the cleaner had removed the chewing gum that some kind person had left on my window sill. I opened the window as my room was very warm but unfortunately in doing so there's a lot of traffic noise all night which is a bit annoying.

Friendly staff

Cons:

The boiler broke during our stay so there was no hot water available for a wash/shower/shave in the morning. One of those things, nobody's fault and the staff were great.

I emailed to discuss a partial refund which I thought was fair and got no response. Shame as everything else was pretty good.
