Pleasant and suitable for what I needed ..... What a bunch of friendly people .... loved that!!!
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful.
One could order food till 21:30 which was excellent and pleasant
Pool was pleasant for a swim after a hot day at work.

Cons:

Room was cold with tiles - carpets would be great
Bathroom door was screeching when closing ... toilet seat was plastic - make it wood ... it suites the hotel better
When the room was cleaned every day hey didn't take out the old bottled / paper bags from the room - it's only a training issue .......

Cons:

Smells of mould and damp. The staff is rude (receptionist and some waitresses). We waited more than 15 minutes for the receptionist to help us check in and she was rude on arrival. For breakfast, there was no one in the dining hall, the staff disappeared and we didn’t know if we should start serving ourselves or not. We had to go to the kitchen where food is being made to get assistance. You also get woken up by very loud noise, there’s always an event. There’s no shelters for cars the driveway is narrow so don’t book if you have a big car because it might get scratched. The pool was also dirty and breakfast wasn’t up to standard
