Pros:

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and well maintained. The location is close to all kinds of amenities, including a metro station with easy access to the main line leading to the city center, as well as Paradise Center.

Exceptional: superbly located, spotlessly clean, and looked after by outstanding staff.
Pros:

The hotel was great from start to finish. We stayed for nearly a week and were exceptionally well looked after throughout, the staff couldn’t do enough for us and were consistently kind and helpful. The location was ideal too, twenty minutes from the mountains for hiking/biking and just four stops on the metro to the old city, with excellent restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. The hotel itself was immaculately clean, we genuinely thought it must be newly built (over 7 years ago). Thanks!

Удобство и спокойствие
Pros:

Комфортен и отлично обзаведен хотел на много добра локация, осигурено парко място и на 5 мин. от метростанция. Удобни легло и възглавници. Момчето на рецепция посреща любезно и отговаря на въпросите, като се старае да бъде в помощ на гостите. Закуската е на високо ниво.

Sofia's hidden gem
Pros:

I traveled for work and stayed at impresamente.
I have excellent impressions of the place.
The rooms are very spacious, with comfortable bed and big bathroom
I worked from the room in the evening. The Wi-Fi signal is very strong.
Next to the entrance there is free parking for guests. The location is very convenient, it allows you to leave your car parked and take the metro, which is 200 meters from the hotel, to the center of Sofia it take me 10 minutes. The paradise mall it also very close.
The breakfast was delicious, I had excellent good cappuccino.
The staff is super kind and responsive.
I would visit again every time I am in Sofia
