Excellent hospitality, assistance and location
Pros:

The hospitality and assistance we received was exceptional. The location excellent. Driving there a little challenging, however worth it.. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Cons:

Any small problems were well outweighed by the positives.

Came back for a reason, and wasn’t disappointed.
Pros:

I came back to Art’Otel after a very pleasant first stay, and I’m happy to say that my second visit was just as enjoyable. The location is excellent, the hotel is comfortable, and the breakfast and evening happy hour are a lovely touch. Most importantly, the staff are genuinely warm, friendly and attentive, creating an atmosphere that makes you feel very welcome.

Cons:

Nothing really. I came back hoping my first experience wasn’t just good luck, and it turns out it wasn’t.

la posizione e la gentilezza del personale. Ottima la colazione

Cons:

l'hotel è molto datato, gli spazi comuni sono abbastanza decadenti e la moquette dovrebbe essere tolta. Nella sala colazione c'erano mobili vecchi accatastati credo in attesa di essere smaltiti. L'idea è quella di un hotel molto bello ma 20 anni fa!

Hotel accogliente ed in ottima posizione
Pros:

L'hotel è in una posizione molto centrale, adiacente alla strada pedonale principale di Sofia. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Colazione ottima e ricca; inoltre nel pomeriggio offrono l'happy hour con stuzzichini molto buoni,elaborati e ben presentati accompagnati da ottimi vini o coktails. Il proprietario è cordiale ed intrattiene con informazioni.

Cons:

Gli ambienti al piano terra, hall e sala colazione hanno pareti decorate un pò kitsch ma in fondo originali e non disturbano.
Unico problema se si viene con l'auto, il parcheggio. Nelle strade vicine sono a pagamento a ore con un sistema particolare con un app e comunque non si trova posto facilmente; alternativa un parcheggio piccolo all'interno dell'hotel al costo di € 20 al giorno.

Pros:

hotel in posizione centralissima, in una strada poco trafficata. Arredamento piuttosto datato, ma dignitoso per il soggiorno. Colazione da urlo con dolce e salato in quantità, e musica italiana anni 90 in sottofondo ;-). In generale la reception molto attenta al cliente. No italiano ma ci siamo arrangiati con inglese. Camera molto grande con terrazzino grazie ad un upgrade gratuito. Abbiamo avuto anche un happyhour gratuito e a fine soggiorno ci hanno omaggiato di un dolce e due bottigliette d'acqua. +++++

Cons:

la moquette sul pavimento della camera e alcuni mobili un po' datati

Beaucoup de charme dans un lieu très central
Pros:

Excellent accueil individualisé, personnel souriant et multilingue. Service impeccable et renseignements précieux donnés sur la ville et le pays. Immeuble qui a une véritable histoire et qui donne un charme réel au séjour dans des confortables chambres.

Pros:

La posizione, in pieno centro. L'ampiezza della stanza, anche per via del gradito upgrade gentilmente offerto

Cons:

Sia la stanza che la sala colazioni non brillavano per pulizia...maggior attenzione a questo aspetto avrebbe fatto guadagnare alla struttura qualche punto in più

Pros:

L'emplacement en plein centre ville , l'apéro gratuit avec beaucoup de choix .l'accueil, la grandeur de la chambre , frigo rempli dans la chambre. Vue sur la montagne et petite terrasse .

Cons:

Un raffressiment de la terrasse où on.peut prendre l'apéritif ( fauteuils cassés , store idem ..) il faudrait changer le mobilier.
Également pour la salle de bain ( sol de douche fendu , chasse d'eau qui fuit ) et peinture du plafond de la chambre.

La ragazza alla reception è stata molto gentile e attenta. La posizione era ottima

Cons:

La colazione non sempre con cibi freschi.La stanza non era pulita con cura.Nei tre giorni di permanenza è stato solo ricomposto il letto senza pulizia della stanza e del bagno. .Il bagno ha bisogno di manutenzione. La nostra stanza non era del livello proposto so booking.

Centaal gelegen, vriendelijk personeel top ontbijt
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel wat ook nog eens royaal flessen gekoeld mineraalwater aanbood, ligging centraal en voortreffelijk ontbijt. Happy hour in de hotelbar met drinks en bites van het huis.

Cons:

Wat achterstallig onderhoud. Alles functioneert uitstekend maar kan wat opfrissing gebruiken

Camera discreta e non ben pulita
Ma la cosa grave è che manchi l’acqua calda: per fortuna d’estate puoi accettare una doccia quasi tiepida
Corrisponde a un tre stelle italiano, ma con il gravissimo handicap dell’acqua
