Der Gesamteindruck war großartig, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.
Pros:

Wundervolle Lage mit direktem Blick auf den Ortler. Großartiges Essen, Frühstück, Nachmittagssnack, mehrgängiges Abendmenü. Sehr gut ausgebildetes Personal. Wunderbarer Wellnessbereich. Kostenfreier Parkplatz. Wir hatten kleine Extrabedürfnisse, die direkt erfüllt wurden.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat vor kurzem angebaut. Damit ist ein sehr moderner Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad entstanden sowie moderne Zimmer. Wir haben im
alten Hoteltrakt übernachten. Das war alles insgesamt kein Problem. Allerdings ist das Bad aufgrund seines Alters im Gesamteindruck schon deutlich abgefallen. Alter Duschkopf, Türe musste immer verschlossen werden, sonst blieb die Türe offen etc.

Grosszügiges Zimmer (Juniorsuite) mit Balkon und tollem Blick auf den Ortler und die Kirche vom Ort. Bequemes Bett. Frühstücksbüffet mit viel Auswahl. Sehr freundliches Personal (Sarah) an der Rezeption. Top Pediküre von Gina im Kosmetiksalon. Grosser Innen- und Aussenpool. Schöner Saunabereich. Tolles Sauna Event.

A real 5 star experience.
Pros:

Amazing hospitality, beautiful hotel with really well designed decoration and amazing spa facilities. The food was very very good and we were really saitisfied with the very high quality of the ingredients at breakfast lunch and dinner. The view is incredible also. The staff were always friendly and kind.

Cons:

The gym could do with some more equipment and free weights, it is a very beautiful big room and could make an amazing gym

Das Hotel mit all seinen Angeboten und seinem Service sind beeindruckend & überaus empfehlenswert
Pros:

Das Personal war durchweg extrem freundlich, ebenso waren das Essen und die Sauberkeit sehr gut! Die Zusatzleistungen, wie täglich geführte Wanderungen, Sportprogramme, die Massagen und die besonderen Aufgüsse waren außergewöhnlich!

Struttura molto bella, ben tenuta e curata. Posizione facile da raggiungere ed ampio parcheggio proprio di fronte all’hotel.
