Ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt mit leckerem Essen

Handy spot away from crowds.
Pros:

Quiet location away from the crowds in Lucerne. Right next to the train station. Minutes from Stanserhorn.

Cons:

Unforgivable design choice in the room: no toilet door! I had to travel three floors away to attend to business away from my wife. Air conditioning was very loud so we had to turn it off.

Charmantes, grosszügiges Zimmer und nettes Personal
Pros:

Sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist gross und hell. Es hat eine gemütliche Sofa-Ecke.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Einzig das offene WC ist sehr gewöhnheitsbedürftig. Es ist nicht nachvollziehbar wieso es keine Türe hat.

I loved my stay there what a great little hotel, I will definitely be coming back.
Pros:

The room was so clean and large with a great view. Fantastic restaurant and the main person behind the book in desk was so professional and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing it was great.

Das Hotel liegt an sehr zentraler Lage. Gut für Ausflüge. Zimmer und Frühstück waren Bestens. Sehr zu erwähnen ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals.

Die Zimmer waren gut, das Essen und das Frühstück hervorragend.

Nous avons bien apprécié l'emplacement de l'hôtel, la propreté et la place disponible dans la chambre, la qualité de l'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel.

Cons:

Il y a peu de choses négatives à dire et s'il faut néanmoins trouver quelque chose, nous avons trouvé que la disposition de la douche et des WC sans cloison de séparation franche est curieuse et peu habituelle dans ce type d'établissement.

Pros:

The room was very clean and had air-conditioning. The location is just perfect, close to everything in Stans and also a short walk from the train to luzern. The staff was great as well. will definitely return.

A very enjoyable visit to the Lake Lucerne area!
Pros:

The room was very comfortable, and the lobby staff was very helpful. The hotel was perfectly located in Stans. Access was easy from any direction. The premises are kept in excellent condition. The photo pictures on the wall showing the overall area were a very nice touch.

Cons:

Parking could be better but that is a difficult challenge in the center of Stans. However, parking at the nearby underground parking garage was simple and easy. Access was easy.
