Very nice view of Loch Ness, very friendly staff
Spotlessly clean. Spoilt from start to finish. Bedrooms are great views over the loch. Excellent evening meal and the great was even better. Would highly recommend.

Es ist alt, man sollte nicht im Zimmer essen, aufgrund des Teppichs. Es ist auf der ruhigeren Seite von Loch Ness. Bisschen creepy (viel Wald), aber ein Abenteuer.

Accommodation was better than expected for the price - good value for money. Lovely room overlooking the loch. Shared facilities were very clean. Dinner was very nice.
We weren't too happy about charging out ebikes outside in the rain - not safe at all.
We chose not to have breakfast there b/c it seemed pricey. The DINNER we ate there was wonderful. The service was perfect from reception to check out to restaurant. Great!
Cozy room, comfortable and very clean. Nice hosts. Amazing breakfast!
The only downside was some noise coming from the house, maybe boiler or no idea what from. I was looking forward to exceptionally quiet sleep considering how quiet was the village...and had to wear earplugs.

Nous n’avons pas pu dormir car une lumière verte ultra puissante présente dans la chambre brillait comme en plein jour.
Attention il n’y a pas de salle de bain ni de toilette individuelle dans les chambres.
The owners were welcoming, clear on house rules, which were common sense. It was a place to relax. The food is wonderful- definitely try the porridge for breakfast.
I had a confirmed a non-refundable booking well in advance, only to be told on arrival day (when i called) that the hotel had unilaterally gave our room to someone else.
They repeatedly declined a perfectly valid card, completely ignored my message and call attempting to resolve payment, and refused to honor the reservation. To make matters worse, they left the booking active in the system instead of cancelling it.. to try and fleece me for a "no-show" penalty fee on a room they had already resold and/or avoid booking.com penalties. I had to spend hours with booking team to ensure the room was cancelled without any cost to me.
Because of their deceptive practices and refusal to help, i was left stranded in rural Scotland on a Saturday afternoon and forced to book alternative lodging last minute at double the price. Zero integrity and zero customer service. Avoid this place at all costs
