Stolen food and gaslighters at the reception😁
Pros:

Location, room, manager is very nice and responsible too. Don't remember his name, unfortunately. He is from South France as far as I know. If you will be lucky to talk to him then highly likely any issues will be fully solved.

Cons:

The reception “lady and gentleman”...

She came into my room without even knocking on the door.

When someone stole my food from the fridge in the shared kitchen, she immediately started gaslighting me while I was simply trying to get some information about what had happened to my food.

Her colleague, a young guy, also shouted at me. (Ladies, be careful! Maybe this place isn't safe for you.)

When I said, “I'll leave a review,” they laughed and replied, “We don't care at all.” 🙈

P.S. I had heard about similar issues from other guests, too. I didn't believe them until the last two days of my stay.

Pros:

No estuve mucho en Ginebra. No es la ubicación más céntrica pero el hostal impecable, la habitación súper cómoda, todo limpio y excelente, desayuno muy bueno, tiene lavandería súper fácil de usar. Lo único la ubicación siento que está un poco alejada del centro pero eso ya lo sabía, pero es una muy buena opción porque tenes la parada del bus en la esquina que te lleva al aeropuerto y otros puntos de la ciudad

Soggiorno più che soddisfacente.
Pros:

Colazione a buffet molto varia e buona. Reception sempre presente e molto amichevole, sempre pronta per rispondere se ci sono domande o problemi, anche a tarda ora.

Good for a short stay
Pros:

We stayed for two nights and overall had a good experience. The location is convenient, with a large shopping centre right next door for any essentials. There are also excellent bus connections to both the airport and city centre, especially handy with the free public transport card.

The room was clean and tidy, although very basic. A few more hangers would have been appreciated. The bar was a little expensive, even by Geneva standards, but fine for a drink or two. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout.

Overall, a perfectly decent place to stay for a couple of nights, particularly if you're planning to spend most of your time exploring Geneva.
