Breakfast and location were very ok. There no just full information on room sharing. When booking an option to clients if they can be comfortable or not to share a room.with opposite sex.
People once allocated the room.deciding not to occupy their bed space when they found us in the room. This created some wondering and insecurity because they left with no reason. Much advise needed at reception for clients to.decude without inconveniences those who have already checked in

The communication with the staff was excellent. They were able to send the city pass before one day of my arrival after I kindly asked. The receptionists were kind and helpful, especially Chiara. Thank you for everything. The cleanliness of the room was better than any hotel I’ve been to. I was unsure of the safety and cleanliness because it was a hostel but as soon as I arrived I’ve seen nothing but a qualified facility. 1st floor was really enjoyable with a buffet, games, and books. The location was great for my taste. Quiet neighborhood but still close to the Cornavin station with 10 minutes. I would definitely come here again. Thanks to my luck people in my room were also kind. Thanks for everything.

Je me suis présenté pour la réservation, mais je pouvais payer que en cash, mais la réception n’accepte que par carte bancaire, ils n’ont accepté aucune flexibilité, alors que c’était 1h du matin et j’ai failli dormir dans la rue avec ma femme. Et malgré ça je devais payer la pénalité de l’annulation de réservation qui s’élève au même prix que la chambre sans dormir dedans. Heureusement que le service Booking était compréhensif. Ils ont fait le nécessaire pour annuler cette supercherie.
