A nice hotel - but could be nicer if the roof top terrace was accessible for us, ordinary guests!

Dette er et moderne hotel med rummelige værelser. Under vores ophold blev der installeret et nyt Samsung TV med mulighed for at se Netflix. Der var kaffe/the og vand på værelset med daglig opfyldning. Medarbejderne var hjælpsomme og professionelle.

Cons:

Hovedillustrationen hos booking.com og på hotellets hjemmeside giver indtryk af, at hotellet har en tagterrasse med udsigt over søen. Dette er korrekt, men for almindelige gæster er der ikke adgang til denne tagterrasse, idet den alene er forbehold gæster som bor i hotellets suite. Denne illustration er misledende og ikke i overensstemmelse med principperne for god markedsføring, da almindelige gæster netop ikke har adgang til denne (attraktive) facilitet.

Das Zimmer war klimatisiert und ruhig.

Es handelt sich um ein reines City Hotel umgeben von Beton ohne Parkplätze - 45 CHF fürs Parken. Es gibt keinerlei Möglichkeiten, draußen zu sitzen, obwohl auf den Bildern mit einer schönen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Genfersee geworben wird, diese ist allerdings nur ganz oben für die Junior Suite. Es wird aber der Eindruck hergestellt, dass diese für alle zugänglich ist..

Pros:

Отель замечательный во всех отношениях. Пешком, даже с чемоданами, можно легко дойти от вокзала, рядом, в трех минутах, шикарная набережная озера, и в то же время здание расположено на тихой улице, в номере тихо. Подушки и матрас удобные, все необходимое, включая халат, тапочки и косметические принадлежности, в наличии. Завтрак выше всяких похвал. За все следующее время нашего путешествия, ни в одном отеле в Швейцарии не было так приятно и вкусно. Очень рекомендую

Ну разве что при странном дизайнерском решении расположения ванны в самой комнате, хотя она и за шторкой, отсутствуют хоть какие-нибудь крючки и удобства для того, чтобы повесить или положить одежду и полотенце

الفندق عادي جدا كاي فندق اربع نجوم مافيه اي شيء مميز اطلاقا

1-كل التعليقات ذكرت وجود شطاف والصحيح انتبهو ليس جميع الغرف فيها شطافات
2-لما ذكرت للموظفه اني حجزت بناء على وجود الشطاف قالت الشطاف في غرف بريميوم فقط وتحتاجين دفع مبلغ اكبر
3-بعيد بعيد انهلكنا من المشي والحي صراحة ما اعجبني ابدا
4- للمانور يبعد15دقيقه مشي والسنتر20دقيقه

Good area to be in, just not the best hotel.
Pros:

Location was great as it’s about a 10 min walk to the centre. Restaurant food is nice but massively overpriced.

Cons:

Room size is very small and hard to store cases in there. Our room never got cleaned the whole time we were there despite the sign being on the door and someone from housekeeping came when we got back at around 5pm and we asked them to come back in 1 Hour and they never returned.
On check out, staff seemed a little rude about city tax.
