Great hotel is in a great location, with bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive. Room is a good size with good facilities. You get a free city transport pass which you can use on buses, trams, and some riverboats throughout your stay.
The staff were excellent, we were delayed by 1 day due to illness and the staff accommodated us with no hesitation. They even upgraded us free of charge for the inconvenience of having to pay for another night!
Clean hotel with a great location. The staff were friendly, especially Katalina, who was very kind and helpful. I also appreciated having a bidet spray in the bathroom. Highly recommended.
There were no toothbrushes or slippers in the room.

Location
I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Geneva, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing.
After a long flight, the check-in process took an extremely long time even though I already had my booking confirmation. The staff explained that there was an issue in their system where guest names were mixed up with different reservations. I understand that technical problems can happen, but I was very tired and had to wait a long time without any apology from the staff. I was not even offered water while waiting.
I was also unhappy with the cleanliness of the room amenities. The slippers did not look clean as shown in the pictures, which made me feel uncomfortable about using the towels and other items in the room.
In addition, when I asked to borrow a travel adaptor, I was told I needed to leave a 50 CHF deposit. In most hotels, adaptors are usually provided free of charge for guests, so this felt unusual and inconvenient.
Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and unfortunately I would not choose to stay here again.

The staff of N’v Y was so good but we were relocated to a sister hotel Royal hotel
The reception was so unsupportive, we had two rooms with extremely high price and we asked for a free late check out for one room only till 2 pm they refused and said if u pay we can when I asked for only one hour they said no we are over booked I said how come then if we pay we can be given that !! I asked to speak with the manager then a receptionist guy named Antonino reclaimed he is the manager and was so rude !!! Despite I told him we have two rooms and with the children we need one hour only !!!
