To reach the hotel, from Cologne Main Station (Hauptbahnhof) exit the station via passage A, towards Breslauer Platz. The hotel is located on the opposite side of the square, beside the roundabout.

Cons:

Es war hauptsächlich alles in Ordnung und gut soweit, jedoch hat unsere Badewanne nicht so funktioniert, wie erhofft. Es sah aus wie ein Jazzuzi, hat aber nicht funktioniert. Wir haben uns auch nicht am Rezeption gemeldet, deshalb waren wir vielleicht selber Schuld.

Great place near the train station and cathedral with friendly, helpful staff
Pros:

The gentleman who checked us in had a great sense of humor and spoke English fluently, which helped us feel at home. He gave us a city map and helpful recommendations.

Cons:

Our room door didn't fully lock.

La posizione, vicinissima al duomo

Cons:

La struttura è un po' vecchia, non è molto curata, andrebbe rimessa a posto. Ci sono macchie strane in giro, luci che non funzionano. Poca cura.
Il bagno è minuscolo, l'ascensore anche. Dubito una persona con una sedia a rotelle ci stia dentro (e comunque qualcuno deve aprire la porta per lui). In generale poco adatto ai disabili.
Colazione un po' scarna, poca scelta.

In generale ho visto di meglio spendendo meno.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Für die Lage hinter dem Bahnhof erstaunlich ruhig. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Zentrale Lage. Alle Bereiche der Altstadt sind von dort gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sehr klein und die einfache Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Grim and Grey for an overnight stay
Pros:

Adequate but nothing to sing about. Close to the Koln station so convenience is its only selling point. Price is quite high but less than others in Koln.

Cons:

They don't make the beds - you have to do it yourself. No tea or coffee, no kettle or fridge. Decor is dark grey tiles everywhere - it felt like being in a big wet-room waiting to be hosed down. Breakfast is basic buns and cold meat - typical continental. The pictures suggest something better than it is.
