Pros:

Es gab die Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu waschen (Waschmittel mitbringen), es gab auch einen Sportraum.
Lage sehr Zentral zum Fluss, Rathaus etc. Wirklich schön.

Cons:

Parken nur im Parkhaus möglich für 10€ pro Tag.

A good place and location, I’ll probably will stay there in the future too.
Pros:

It is close to the old town and comfortable to stay. And I liked the little kitchen, even it took for a wile to find out how the stove works - you have to tap not to hold the finger to imake it work.

Cons:

The parking was a bit confusing. It is 10 € /24h, but if to use the car and parking app going to other places in town too, then you have to start again and in the end it is more expensive and you might not get the place behind the house, but need to park in the parking house.

Overpriced for what you get
Pros:

Parking is very close to the entrance.

Nice looking lobby on the 1st floor with tables you can use for working.

Nice building

Cons:

Overpriced, 60€ for 1 night is max (not 80€). Especially taking in consideration that parking is 10€ per day.

The main entrance doors weren’t working- not that important as there were back side doors, but it didn’t help with the first impression.

When we walked in the room, there was a strong smell. Hard to describe what it was, but even with open windows it didn’t go away.

No night stand- everything has to be put on the floor.

By the sink there were food stains from previous guests.

Все , что включала сумма

Cons:

Немного узкая кровать , возможно я слишком широкий. Но на самом деле узковат кровать , что доставала не удобства. Опять же цена приемлемая и все остальное реально очень даже хорошо!
Я знаю толк !

But tea was just fine for me.

No shampoo in the bathroom. At breakfast, I received a banana that was rotten. Basic things like this shouldn’t happen.

It was a cozy and clean apartment. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Cons:

Did not really have any negative experiences. Maybe seeing no reception staff was a bit strange, but that was more of a personal problem.
