Absolutely nothing.
There was an enormous area of bird shit on the front doorstep which meant only the left side of the entrance could be used.
The table tops were unpleasantly sticky due to the volume of hygienic spray being used. At both dinner and breakfast - at different tables - the table tops were completely sticky all over. I have not come across this at any other hotel I have stayed in.

Good welcome from staff. Very understanding about our delayed arrival (6 hours) due to the A9 blocked as a result of a fatal RTC.
I thought there could have been some good laid on considering I phoned to cancel the table reservation at 3pm (we were still stuck in Perthshire).
Breakfast- we arrived at 0845 and despite ordering out cooked breakfast at 9am it did not reach us until 0935- after complaining about the delay!!
Asked for more coffee and it did not arrive. Sorry your staff require better training.
The perfect stop when travelling from South to North! Well designed rooms, nice views and great food. So convenient from the M6.
There is a little inflexibility with timing restaurant bookings. It was admittedly busy on our two visits and the staff were trying to protect the kitchen but when you book a time for dinner or breakfast, it is hard to change it.

Staff very helpful. professional & friendly. Hotel and room very comfortable. Food for dinner and restaurant outstanding. Perfect location for our drive home from Scotland to London as a stopover. Went to Orton nearby (as recommended by hotel) for a nice long dog walk).
Exterior of hotel a little tired/worn in places. Could have used a small rug of each side of bed over cork flooring as a nice little comfort add-on in hotel room.

The farm shop is amazing, we have often stopped here on our way to Scotland but did not realise there was a hotel!
